Thank you, Travis!!! I just got my MD real estate license, and it’s thanks to you! Your videos were extremely helpful, before them I was so lost, especially since English isn’t my first language, you really helped me out understand everything. Will continue to watch your videos because I think you give an amazing advices from the real world when it comes to real estate. I took a real estate classes before, and they just thought us how to pass this exam following the book. And I was so confused and didn’t learn anything after my class was over. You gave so many helpful information that anyone can understand. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Travis...thank you very much. I watched your videos for the past month and passed my GA State exam on 12/30/2020. Your videos on contracts, math and finance helped. Those were my struggle areas.
Thank you so much I really listen to your videos after every class and studying for my license on a daily my teacher literally read through every chapter which is not really helpful I really feel confident to test now that I have found you thank you so much 😇😇😇here in 2021
I am doing the same! I have been struggling in my online course. How have you been doing in it? And do you know what the best study tools are that I can use? Like if there is a quizlet out there... or maybe some practice tests? That would be a life saver haha.
Travis is the BEST! Question: I'm confused when Travis says the attempt of a contract would be "Void" only if it's ILLEGAL. Is this entirely true? I mean, yes, if it's illegal it is indeed void. However, just because it's void does it automatically mean it's also illegal? Put another way, if a "contract" is made but there is no consideration, isn't that a "void" contract also since it doesn't meet the validity test? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
@@traviseverette Thanks for the response! I'm confused because I'm reading a "real estate license exam prep book" and it says "A Void Contract is one in which one or more of the required elements are missing". So, according to that definition, it seems that if a contract doesn't meet ANY one of the 4 elements (not just legal object) of testing for validity, that defines the contract as void. Is my prep book incorrect? Thank you so much for your help, you are a phenomenal teacher!!!
The only way to understand my online course is to follow along with these videos! 🙏 so glad I found this! Would love a podcast that would be amazing!

Travis, Thank you for your videos. This is what I missed from taking an on- line course. Contracts and Math are my weaker subjects.

A contract without consideration is unenforceable.
