I have learned more from Travis than I did in my Kaplan classes. He is funny and keeps a good place so that you can follow. However the math parts are hard to see.
Near the end of the video you spoke about Assumptions - Buyers Assuming Sellers Mortgage. You said that they were still allowed on VA loans. I was just reading in my text book that the VA does not allow this anymore after March, 1988. Since you mentioned it I’m curious if there is still a market for sellers prior to this date? I would like to research this subject more after I pass my exam.

I thought that
Trustor = borrower
Trustee = lender
Beneficiary = bank
No trustee is usually an attorney the rest is right
