i have discovered V63 but there is no quest for me yet. I am level 250, I'd say its the end game build, although i still consider myself a new comer since its not even a month i started playing fo76, can you mention the quest in the comment with a spoiler warning for people to know what they are getting into. safest way to tell and not spoil at the same time, thanks edit: I am interested in that railway rifle build.
