Nearly spent a lot of gold based on out of date info.
Ultralight limbs are now arguably the best for a sneak build as it effects armour weight for detection purposes. Definitely best for arms I would say.

You forgot one thing about the secret service helmet it has a flashlight on the helmet that's better than the pip-boy.

Expensive flashlight...that will be my very last purchase when everything else is already bought and i have nothing left to buy with Bullion.

It’s hands down the best armor. It’s Jetpack is way better than power armor since it doesn’t drain fusion cores. It doesn’t require ballistic fiber to repair or craft. On top of that, you can keep crafting til you get what you want. So it’s definitely worth the grind.

Craft the SS armor at Rusty Pick in Basement, so you can Scrib ones you dont want and get more Modules as Needed, PS you can Only get 10 Modules a Day as well.
Not quite, just change servers and you can get more legendary modules :)

One of the arm modifications you only mentioned in passing was the Stabilised option. I find this one very helpful for scoped aiming. The stabilised option acts like pressing the Hold Breath key (ALT on PC) in that it stops the random movement and you can hold steady on target. However the Hold Breath only works with AP and will stop after a while. The Stabilised option on the Secret Service armor arms allows you to hold steady on target indefinitely. It is a must have in my opinion.
Thanks for this tip, my fixer with a short recon scope will be even more useful.
Best part of the Secret Service Armour as opposed to a tin suit, it finally allowed me to get my carry weight under control.
My heavy character uses bear arms 1, bandolier 2, traveling pharmacy 3, batteries included 3, and thru hiker 3 to address that issue.

Backpack Mod.
Actually I'd say you should get the Secret Service helmet. It replaces your green, dim, pip-boy light with a MUCH brighter and wider helmet flashlight that's no longer green, but actually like the Bright Headlamp for Power Armor.

or the free, easy to find miner helmet you can find in every mine/cave.....
You can change the pipboy flashlight color in the settings...

The real question is... Did you get the perfectly preserved pie?
If you roll 2 pieces with the acrobat's legendary effect (-50% falling damage) you litterally have PA without the fusion core, perk restrictions and being a bigger target than a truck.
The best part of pa is the innate Dmg% reduction
Except without the huge damage and radiation reductions, 100% protection against limb damage, zero movement penalty for equipped weapons, PA-specific perks, and Strength bonus.
I remember the 2 legs from F4.. not worth the vertical puzzle tbh.. tho it was easy to cheese.
The SS shielded underarmor is basically BOS underarmor mk2. It has + 4 STR +4 END and + 2 PER. It also has + 15 to all resistances.
I just got the SS jetpack and it's more fun than I hoped. Having said that, to full enjoy it you need to take precautions for fall damage. Max out the Goat Legs perk card. This is Agility card. Then "roll" one of your pieces of armor(whichever type it may be) untill one bonus stat is 50% fall damage protection.

11:47 Getting 200 scrip per day is quite easy, 150 from exchanges then doing your daily quests plus the scrip balance from the day before. So to be more specific for your correction on the bottom of the video from daily quests, Cop a squatter, playtime quest from the nanny bot that doesn't want to nanny, finding inert bombs... those dailies. And to maximize time, do the Mire dailies and work back through the regions based on level from there. If you can do the scorchbeast DNA then do that too... Cop a squatter usually completes without the player doing it. You get more scrip per daily the higher the regions level is. You should get to Toxic Valley and reach 200 scrip for 4 modules easy enough with less than an hour spent on dailies. Pumpkin house... there's 10 pumpkins behind the house... don't bother with following the marker and whole daily done in less than a minute.

Great in depth tutorial of the process of getting access to the armor then an even better tutorial on the armor fabrication, basic stats, and especially the most efficient mods. As you know the descriptions in plans and mods leave you guessing as to exactly how they affect the build until you purchase them then install and decide if the purchase and materials were worth the effort or cost.
Thanks for not doing another 7 minute rambling review just to boost advertising stats on your TH-cam channel. Aka click bait review. Dont worry about the time length if the content is a tutorial.

Waiting on them to come out with Armor stands, because I want sets of Armor and the way they have it now sucks! Weight is huge for these. I end up dropping pieces because of weight/stash box issues.
I wish displays didn’t affect your stash weight. It already affects camp budget so it’s not like you are “cheating the system”.
Thee Stumbler same here! i had a pretty bad ass museum camp that had tons of cool junk and misc items i found along my Journey but i hit the build limit with it looking half finished and ended up making a new camp (and almost all of my cool junk just magically disappeared when i was moving location)

You can also get treasure notes from the daily missions that factions give you to level up there reputation with them. But events pay out a lot more then the daily mission. Also getting close to the armor. good vid :)
Both of my SS legs have the 50% less fall damage effect, so no matter how high I fall, I take no damage at all. This is great with the jetpack

@@Mr.Green918 yes when you buy the plans and learn them you can find them as legendarys in daily ops on legendary bodies and in the random legendary vendor

Bethesda create so many unneeded problems by not giving enough info. Unlike all the other underarmour where you need to learn the linings in order, they sell the SS ones all at once? Silly. I wasted gold assuming it would be like ALL the other underarmour. Same with selling weapon and armour plans you have to buy without seeing what their attributes are, forcing people to go to internet sources. Just seems dumb. Thanks for this guide!

I'm new to FO76...just over a month playing, but I've logged over 1200 hours on FO4. While these armor mods are similar, the cost to acquire them is definitely not. I've finally gotten enough GB to upgrade my armor from the BoS combat armor I've been using. I will definitely go with deep pocketed...mostly because I'm a pack rat and am always overweight. Really nice video. Thanks.

Good job sir. Still working on getting mine only having the chest piece and right leg. I learned the hard way after turning in Treasury Notes that there was a 5,000 cap on bullion. I cashed in 15 with the system saying I would only get 115 bullion and I was dumb enough to think it was a mistake but it was not so I lost out on 35 bullion.
400 cap now thankfully on the gold. Great info thank you.

I rock the buttressed mods on my set to get extra resistance and mass rad protection to help me not get too many rads as I have a low health high rad build but if I was not using that I would definitely get the ultra light for the extra breathing room in weight and especially those juicy AP bonuses as they buff vats beautifully but also gives the jet pack that bit more oomph

Have fun and don't look at it as a grind just as something that completes itself while you are doing your normal gameplay ;)
I actually rarely think about the "grind" and just enjoy myself and that has a positive effect on my enjoyment...as I've seen people complain about the grind xD
One thing about the jet pack, while taking it disallows you to add on additional resistances; you can hover above melee enemies and not take any damage. When you take it's massive mobility increase into consideration (along with marsupial and a lot of AP/regen), most of that damage you would soak up with the hardened mod is now negated completely because you'll never touch the ground.
I run an aimbot build, and with proper finesse and reflexes I can just hover above the battlefield 1 shotting enemies. Plus it's an absolute blast to use in general.

Great guide as always, especially for new players. Just a heads up as you mention it repeatedly in your guides. Endurance stat on armor pieces is broken and doesn’t add health. You mention that the under armor adds health because it adds endurance, this is simply not true as it’s broken. Not knocking on you in particular, great job!

Its easier to find your new crafts by just switching to modify while in your craft station interface. They're much easier to scroll and inspect then going through pip inventory. Buttress is (butt triss)
I use the dense and fireproof perk combined (THEY DO STACK) because I’m a bloodied gauss shotgun build with maxed explosión damage and it prevents me from getting killed by firing melee mobs

My issue with SS armor is the random number of stars you can get and how after making over 50 of them I only got 4 effects I wanted with all 4 on different armors. I have a heavy combat armor set that's just missing 2 effects to complete the armor set. Characters a hybrid stealth commando for solo play and stand there and tank it in events. Armor is all heavy combat with BOS and Deep Pockets. Primary effects are 3 vanguards(event tanking), 1 auto-stim(emergencies happen but might swap for another chameleon if I find one that is in the same slot with the right effects since the last time the effect proced was during Meat Week), and 1 chameleon. Second effects is all +1 agility for more sneaky sneak and nothing else for that star is as useful for me. Last effects are 2 -50% fall damage(used all the time) and 1 harder to detect(effect doesn't stack). Missing effects are both weapon weight reductions because modded handmades are heavy and I carry 4 of em. How many rolls of RNG will it take to replace that kit with SS armor? I am over 50 and not one piece had 2 effects much less 3 that I want. I have been trying to get the combat armor kit done for over a year, I have no desire to go backwards for rad resist I probably won't notice and spend the next 5 years trying to replace my nearly completed kit. No desire to craft more SS armor just to scrip it. Ill turn my scrip into 3 star armors, scrip the junk, sell the good ones, hope for ones I want and keep checking player vendors for the last two to complete my kit.
Anyone on PC have a right leg or chest in heavy combat with Vanguards, +1 agility, and weapon weight reduction? Ill pay 20k caps for one or 20k caps and 20K 5.56 for both.

Fall Damage...get cushioned for the legs. Then try and roll 1 piece, any piece, with the 50% fall damage reduction. 130% fall damage reduction.
I jumped off the New River Gorge bridge. Took some damage. But survived.

I've just recently started playing the game (yes I avoided it for years) saw a guide that the secret service UA was available from the tent outside whitesprings, went ahead and bought it and the recommended mod for it... only to find out I need some sort of flux something or other that I've never seen before... I really like the plans aspect of the game but I really do think there's a significant issue that you have to buy them before you 1, fully understand what you've bought and 2, what you will need to actually build what you've bought

thanks so much man. I have 1119hrs in game and am level 128 and I am still learning. The only way I just got a T51 Jet pack was someone game me half the stable flux since it takes so long to get them, I had double plant pick ups perk and had 40-60 of each but only had 3 hard mass to craft so yeah still on that grind, but a jet pack without power armor would be next so thanks, and I love having deep pocketed for that 5x10 parts extra carry, because currently the only way I can fast travel is after hopping in a excavator power armor with the extra 100 carry weight.

@tuna._.m by never letting guns go enough to get my weight down below 900/300, so i NEVER fast traveled for the first 1,000hrs so when there was a mission instead of fast traveling to the location i had you job, not sprint, across the map several times just to finish a single mission until i finally let the guns go and now only carry a pyro flame thrower, a fixer, a 50cal sniper rifle, and an ultracite gatling laser gun for bosses. Now i can fast travel to missions across the map instead walking the entire map for each mission

There won't be any rep punishment, you just gain a little less than by sharing it. You can find almost every reward for high reputation by Minerva from time to time for much cheaper than from the factions and there are other so many other ways to earn rep (daily quests, events)
