Abbys bunker the location after the Windigo is where i tamed both of my Megasloths. My first one disappeared from camp one day and found my second there. It took a good while and server hopping here and there to have him spawn in. I want to add as well, that apparently you're only able to tame a Sluggish Megasloth. But yes you are right it does take a lot of patience to find what your looking for and be able to tame it. Anyways hope this helps someone looking for a Megasloth. Good luck 🙂👍
You can always build a structure around them. It may be hard to get the pet into a current structure that already built. I discovered that if you move your Camp Box around it does alter the path your pet will walk. Maybe try putting it inside your structure? 🤔
Yes actually they usually stay where ever your camp model is .... place the model inside and it should stay inside... also remember you will always spawn roughly 10 to 12 yards NE of the model so you don't want to put it in a spot where you will spawn into rocks, water, off a cliff or potentially in a structure
As far as i know your pet is safe as long as you have pacifist mode enabled. As far as the deathclaw goes its all about random encounters but let me know if you find a good location for one! remember they have to be alone to tame them!
The FO76 wiki has a location list for all fixed and possible locations for deathclaws and the like. I like hunting them for black titanium whenever I'm low because everyone always kills off the mole miners.
@@Mighty_Mr_B thanks but as far as i have understood from this video, you cant tame those creatures. They need to be from wild- random encounters. You cant go to know locations like deathclaw island and tame it... i tried few more know locations, its not working. Also i have found map with 80 know locations for wild animals spawn...and out of 50 locations i tried, i only seen mol rats 2 times. Thats it. So taming is super rare as it seems

It's safest to let the pet go to your camp by its self. If it's injured when making it to your camp equip friendly fire and heal it!

@ogi-wankenobi3638 I know the ones at fixed locations can't be tamed but some of the locations are supposed to be chance based. Sorry it didn't help.
