Top button clicks on but bottom button doesn't click to change pressure settings.. Is this normal?

The bottom button should change the pressure/mode but it doesn't 'click' quite as much as the top power button.

On a daily basis I don't. I reply mainly on interdental brushes. If I were it is currently the Waterpik Cordless Advanced.

Yes. I am using an iO9, but honestly getting a bit annoyed with the battery life.

It's called Durapik. Trust me when I say it isn't very good. You can't buy it any more the company stopped trading.
