I remember a long time ago my mom and my sister watched a video where the KFC in China or Japan I can't remember is different where instead of fries or any of the side servings we're used to are substituted with rice. Regular White rice. And in India their mcds substituted a lot of their foods b/c of some folks that don't eat 🐄 for religious purposes. For example they have chickpea patties for 'meat'. @@illhaveanother8173 Actually if a person's been paying attention, fast food places like McDonalds have been adding a lot of new items. It's the cost of the new items that seem to be causing an increase in prices. Back when the menus at fast food restaurants were simpler, the items were cheaper. All the ingredients needed to make all the new items affect supply chains causing prices to increase, restaurants have to pay more for those ingredients and carry the charges on to customers. Also not to mention all the "collaborations" with certain celebrities, McDonalds has to pay them for using their image, name, etc.

You can ask for Big Mac sauce on the side! It isn't pre-packaged except during promotional periods. Also, only during a promotional period can you ask for it in the app. Otherwise, you ask for a side of it and they plop it into one of a variety of containers: condiment cup with lid, McNugget 4-pack box, sundae lid with a small drink lid on top, etc. They get creative based on what they have but they always say yes!
I live in Vegas and we have that chicken sandwich here along with the McChicken and I love it. As someone that looks for a side salad instead of fries, I love a good salad, McDonald’s stopped theirs during Covid and has not brought it back. A lot of places shrunk their menus down during Covid because they couldn’t get the supplies but for crying out loud it’s time to bring them back. Here in Vegas we lost most of our buffets also and they’re not bringing them back we only have a few in town now.
Orrr, hear me out, Mac sauce is made with ketchup which is sweet (don’t forget about the relish!) and the sauce is more prominent in the American version so that makes the burger taste sweeter. 🤷🏻♀️
@@stevnicoe Around Europe people can buy unsweetened ketchup which all of my friends prefer. Only time ketchup is allowed inside our household are when it’s unsweetened, we live healthy lives and sugar in everything are for lazy footballs.

Compared to the rest of Europe German McDonald's is also unique in that they serve the McRib, year round I believe unlike the US does. Had it in Hamburg once, wasn't really that good if I'm being honest after all the hype from Americans. I think part of the hype stateside is just that it's not always available.
Your equanimity is commendable. PS. Apfelschorle is one of the best drinks to be found in Germany, and it's so easy to make at home, just mix some good quality apple juice with sparkling water. I'm not sure that you would be able to find Apfelwein in Berlin, that kind of German cider is rather more the specialty of Hesse, but that is seriously good, too. If you're still in Berlin, try one of the yerba mate based iced teas (Club Mate, Mio Mio, Charitea...)
Oh, Emmy. I hate that this happened 😭 You've done well to picot and make the best ofnthe situation. Your sound and video quality are admirable, given the tools you had access to.
I tasted my first Big Mac shortly after they came out at the Pearl City McDonald's down the road from our house in Hawai'i. This was in 1969 or 1970. I'm sorry about your loss.
Thank you for another great video. One critique though, I can’t believe you overlooked McDonald’s Germany fried apple pie!!??!! In an earlier episode you praised McD’s Hawaii for being the last bastion of fried apple pie in the USA. I thought for sure it would‘ve been at the top of your list. FYI: the fried apple pie in German McD’s is seismic! Cheers from Berlin-Wedding, one of the city’s greatest neighborhoods!
McD used to have actual side salads in the US when I was growing up in the mid/late 80's. They were all pre-made and sitting in a tabletop glass front refrigerator case behind the counter. They would come in a clear plastic clamshell so you could see the enticing salad inside. Originally they came with shredded cheddar cheese, but they later swapped the cheese for grated carrot because it looked the part. While great in salads, carrot is NOT a substitute for cheese under any circumstances!!
"Carrot is not a substitute for cheese under any circumstances!" FACT. It's like trying to substitute raisins for chocolate chips. It just doesn't work. I grew up in the 80's too (I was about 9 when McDonalds released their salads) I LOVED the McDonalds chef salad (minus the eggs).
I'm so sorry your backpack was stolen Emmy! Some people just sink so low! I'm always interested to see restaurant comparisons between the US and other countries. Be well!
normally there is no bacon and tomato on the German Big Mac. You got the Big Mac Bacon TS, a 'High lights' (temporarily available/promotional) burger. TS means 'Tomate und Salat. Apfleschorle is so delicious. It's easy to make yourself: 2/3 apple juice and 1/3 sparkling water :)
I think that the best part about traveling is definitely eating! I always go for local dishes and cuisines be it in restaurants or street food. I stay as far away as possible from Mc Donalds and the likes. But I like seeing you comparing and studying different Mc Donald's in different countries.
Fast food buns in the US are extremely sweet. In fact, you'll find a large percentage of the calories in the sandwich/burger comes from the sugary bun.
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Berlin. Awesome city. McDonald's in Germany IS WAAAYYY better than in the US. The burgers also tasted different as well as the bun.
One big difference between US and UK/EU bread is, we use less sugar this side of the pond, as it was once said (forget if it was serious or a joke) that bread in the US would need to be sold as "cake" over here due to it containing much higher levels of sugar at the time, I think it was directed at Subway mostly, given they made their bread to US recipes, and had to lower the sugar content to fall in line with EU food standards... :P
But the US is such a big place with tons of different bread options. French, sourdough, rye, Italian, etc. don't have sugar in them over here either. White bread, corn bread, and other variations like Hawaiian bread have a higher sugar content because they are known as sweeter breads and that's just how they are made.
You should also give BK in Germany a try! They have very good plant based burgers, and nice salads, f.e. one with mozzarella or cesar's salad on the menu.
TS stands for the German “tomato and salad” (“tomato und salade”, iirc), with salad meaning “lettuce”. Pretty sure that just means that it has more non-meat toppings than the usual Big Mac.
Big Mäc Bacon TS is a current -- probably temporary -- promotion item, as is the Big Mäc Dip. The German classic at McDonald's is the Hamburger Royal TS, brother of the famous Royal mit Käse (not called a Quarterpounder because of the metric system). The Royal TS comes with light mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato instead of ketchup, mustard and pickle. Big Mäc Bacon TS basically has all of that mashed together, plus bacon. It's also similar to the newer Big Tasty, which is the biggest standard burger.
Fascinating video! My condolences for your backpack, however. Germany's exclusives for McDonald's definitely all look appetizing... I'm actually surprised that cookie dough doughnut isn't already in the States lol
My mother was in Italy back in June and she was pick pocketed. She didn’t have anything stolen because she turned around and told the guy to get away from her which made him run away.
awareness, awareness is what some foreign tourists lack when they travel. How do you ever let your stuff be stolen unless you are consiously leave it without attention?
I don't know if someone from the already 434 comments has said it already, but the "TS" in BicMac TS stands for "tomatoe and salat." And indeed, it's because of the bun, that the German BicMac doesn't taste as sweet as it does in the US. Because there is less sugar in the bun here, than in the US.
In Canada you can get the BigMac sauce for dipping, we also have the McCrispy (right now we have a special Firecracker McCrispy). At different times during the year we also have Waffle fries, although this summer the big thing has been McShaker fries.
I worked at McDonald’s in the early 1990s. We carried salads before they migrated to the “salad shaker” delivery method. They were like a Wendy’s salad. I remember Garden, Chef, and some kind of chicken being the types.
Well Emmy you aren't a food snob!! I love it! You love Totino's Pizza Rolls, you ate them as a kid. Your parents were great, they let you have some junk food. We didn't get them much. I am with you, I don't like plant based meat. In Paris McDonald's has salads on the menu. I love, love, love deserts in the UK. Lots of flavor and not overly sweet, just right sweet. Such decadence.
Being from Austria, I had assumed Germany would have a mostly identical menu, but apparently we don't! Watching you try all these made me hungry, even though I just had lunch two hours ago hah
I love those apple drinks!!! My first time trying one, I had to call my cousin, who is an English teacher in Munich, to ask his opinion of it. He said it was divine, and I'd love it. He was right!
You deserve a gold star ⭐️ for continuing to vlog for us even tho your equipment was taken/stolen. I know you must feel sad about that - even though you have put on a brave face. ❤️ Barbara. PS…I have always loved Totino’s pizzas. We need those veggie burgers. Why is our country behind the European countries in offereing more vegetarian foodie ways in our restaurants.
I love the regular Mc plant. It just has some freshness that I miss in most burgers. The other vegetarian burger is love from Burger King, the country burger with a breaded vegetable patty and a slightly spiced sauce.
An interesting, diverse menu McDonald's Germany has! I like Big Macs but feel they are missing something so I can imagine the tomato and bacon really improving it. Recently I tried McDonald's in Japan and Taiwan. Japan had a garlic shrimp burger which was quite nice. Taiwan had a shrimp burger and a 'crab burger' lol.
The McCrispy is available in my area of the US. I’m in NE Pennsylvania and we have the spicy mccrispy and the regular mccrispy. It’s been available for a couple years now. I wasn’t aware that it isn’t available in all of the US. 😮
Depending on where you are in Europe it’s safe to leave your bag unattended or not. France and Brussels is famous for their thieves and pickpockets. Here in Austria and also in Switzerland, Germany and Italy I always felt very safe. Never had anything stolen 😃👍🏻
TS = tomato + salad. That's why you won't find a Quarterpounder in Germany, rather a Hamburger Royal TS. Why? Well, because a pound, despite being phased out as a unit of measurement officially, it still exists in legal terminology, and it is exactly 500 grams. So a quarter-pounder = Viertelpfünder would be exactly 125 grams of meat. However, the US pound weighs 459.93 grams, or roughly 40 grams less. Meaning at the scales a US quarterpounder patty weighs 'only' 115 grams, or roughly ten grams less. While that isn't a huge amount, it does add up over millions of sold quarterpounders. So McD's changed the name to something non-commital and called it the Royal TS. Again, TS for tomato and salad. For the less sweet: yepp, you are absolutely right. In the US a similar slice of sandwich bread (called toast in Germany) has roughly 6 grams of sugar, in Germany only 1 gram, otherwise same weights for the slice. Same goes for all bread products sold in McD's and other fast food chains in Germany, and most of Europe. Why? I'd wager it has to do with 'bread' with too much sugar in it being classified as a 'confectionary' item, rather than bread. Confectionary items in Germany are taxed at 19% (due to their 'luxury' status), while bread is a staple food, being taxed at only 7%. That makes quite a lot of savings. Many of the additives that are legal in the States are banned in the EU, such as many of the rising, bleaching, stabilizing, and flavoring agents.
Welcome to Germany! The "McFreezy" is actually the rebranded McD version of an old-time childhood favorite called a *"Calippo".* Introduced by Unilever in Europe in 1984, in Germany under their Langnese brand. However, you should _really_ go try actual _German_ fast food such as *Currywurst* and *Döner kebab* (which was of course co-opted from Turkey through the immigrant community.) Düner is also much more efficient. Try getting a filling McDonals meal for seven Euros. Good luck. Many Döner shops also have lots of other great dishes such as Lahmacun and sweet, sweet Baklava. *Iskender kebab* is the exact same meat but served on a dish _(Teller)_ on slices of flatbread. You can tell them what kinds of toppings and sauces you want or don't want on the Döner. I find it definitely needs Tsatsiki and hot sauce _(scharfe Sauce)_ but no cocktail sauce / Ranch dressing which some shops are prone to add if you don't stop them. Also do yourself a favor and try *German bread.* It is darker, heavier and miles better than the fluffy white anglo stuff and there are literally hundreds of variants. If you want a real treat, try to find an actual artisinal bakery which shouldn't be too hard in Berlin of all places. It is the single best thing about actual German cuisine. The TS in the Big Mac literally means "tomato and salad". They introduced that for the Big Mac only recently but the *Hamburger Royal TS* has been available for ages. Which is of course a European quarter pounder with some flame grill aroma, in a bid to fight off Burger King. Recently they have started putting out a Double Royal which I actually prefer in the "cheese" version over the TS. The McD pizza rolls must be new or seasonal, never seen those before. The Big Mac sauce must also be a recent introduction, they did not sell it separately the last time I used McD about two months ago. At least not at my nearest franchise out here in the sticks. Could be a big city thing. They tried to sell certain burgers with an experimental side of cheese dip back then, I don't know what came of that. I find the ready-made Schorle usually contains too much fruit juice to be truly isotonic; the ideal ratio for that is two parts water and one part apple juice. So if I do buy ready-made Schorle, I will usually get an extra sparkly water to water it down some more. The McDonalds curry dipping sauce is to all intents and purposes identical to *Hela brand curry ketchup* which you can buy at supermarkets in largish 800ml bottles. Other dips such as Sweet & Sour and Sour Cream are available under the Develey label, though in smaller, more expensive bottles. Looking at more traditional German cuisine, my recommendations are to try 1) _Riefkooche_ (high German: Reibeplätzchen, Reibekuchen, Kartoffelpuffer) which are shallow-fried *potato pancakes.* Great with apple sauce or sugar beet syrup, which we call _Rübenkraut._ 2) _Sauerbraten_ which is a marinated, sour pot roast. The Rhenish variant has raisins in the gravy. It is mostly a cut of beef these days though hardcore traditionalists swear by horse meat. Marinading helps to tenderize stringy cuts of meat and mellow out the harsh horse flavor somewhat. The traditional side dishes are red cabbage _(Rotkohl)_ and potato mash _(Kartoffelpüree)._ 3) _Kassler_ which is lean-ish salted pork, traditionally served with sauerkraut (cooked! we don't eat that stuff raw usually), potato mash and sauteed onions. The only pork dish I have really been missing since I gave up pork in my teens. 4) If you're in the South, _Käsespätzle_ which is basically a regional kind of noodles fried up with cheese and sauteed onions. So, German mac and cheese but better. 5) In Hessia: _Handkäs mit Musigg_ which is a very perverted stinky cheese marinated in vinegar and chopped onions, then spread on bread. Along with the marinated chopped onions. A love-or-hate dish. Needless to say, I love it. They say the "music" refers to the gas it will give you. The ingredients for all these dishes should be readily available everywhere in Germany, especially in the cities. Few Germans will actually marinade their own beef or salt their own pork these days. Or ferment their own Sauerkraut. It comes in cans. So if you use some sort of appartment with a kitchen on your trip, you can try preparing them yourself. They even come frozen (as do sides like Rotkohl and Spinat and Grünkohl) and as complete microwave dinners. YMMV 6) If you're in Cologne, don't miss out on the brewery restaurants, especially *Früh.* The Cologne kind of beer is a bit of an acquired taste but Früh used to serve a really mean venison goulash _(Rehragout)_ and rabbit goulash _(Hasenpfeffer.)_ Even though the latter is actually a _Westphalian_ dish, not a Rhenish one. (Rhineland and Westphalia, which are very different to say the least, were only squished together in a single state after the war by the Brits, which has always been their go-to method of making other people extra miserable.) But I digress! Anyway, have a nice trip! And stuff your face like there is no tomorrow!

All the ingredients needed to make all the new items affect supply chains causing prices to increase, restaurants have to pay more for those ingredients and carry the charges on to customers. Also not to mention all the "collaborations" with certain celebrities, McDonalds has to pay them for using their image, name, etc.
When traveling get a lock for bags or wear backpack backwards when in public transit or crowded area. Especially if you’re a tourist. I know it is silly but there are many who are good pick pocketers
You’re right but sometimes it’s a little annoying, especially if you have to bend over. 😂 I wear mine always backwards too, some people think it’s a baby. 😁
Emmy, you are awesome. My toddler won't go to bed without watching Emmy.
One thing I think is so interesting is that our taste preferences are often very different..... but that's what makes food interesting!
When you say that confections are ,"too sweet", for me it's hard to understand what that means.
In France, they made a few new items for the Jeux Olympiques. For the USA, we got the Szechuan sauce. I found it very nice with chicken nuggets 😊
Sorry about your bag getting stolen. The food looks delicious!!! Thanks for the great video!!!🥳💖
Really enjoying this type of videos. Thank you for sharing your vacation with us Emmy.
We add too much sugar to our bread in the US. You can request Big Mac sauce in a cup they fill and charge you for.
@@NaeniaNightingale And what does that have to do with complaining that Big Macs taste “sweet” when literally ORIGINAL ketchup is sweet and sour and it’s one of the main ingredients in Mac sauce so…that might be why it tastes sweet. Common sense. I don’t care what you and your friends prefer and I don’t care that you think you’re “superior” cause your food isn’t sweet. 😂😂
@@NaeniaNightingale Btw, you can buy unsweetened ketchup in America too it’s almost like we all eat different in our country and we’re not all having “impossibly sweet” foods. I get it though, you don’t live here so you have NO idea what it’s really like and it’s very easy to stereotype and assume we’re all eating the same as if America isn’t a multi ethnic country with differences in each area. Bai now. ✌🏻
@@NaeniaNightingale Eh ?
Funnily, although Hamburgers were invented by a German, we culturally regard them very much as an American food^^
Thanks for being such a positive person!!! Really like your channel, sweet Emmy❤
Good for you and your positive attitude. Things can be replaced!!
We have the McCrispy in Canada. There have been several variations so far; spicy, ranch, and now there's the firecracker one which I believe is habanero sauce and sweet chili sauce with fried jalapeno pieces. You can also get any of them with bacon.
im sorry to hear about your equipment. We love and appreciate you Ms E
oh nooooo, just a side note, its very common in Europe, Pick pockets as well. They are waiting and looking for tourists to take their stuff. Dont feel bad, its not just you. Also DONT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR. The same will happen.
SO MANY stories out there of tourists getting their stuff stolen in Europe, it’s crazy to hear. 😢 Could it possibly be a spillover of this online trend of Europeans hating on Americans in the comments? 😂🫢 Maybe?
@@stevnicoeAt least in France and Germany, the majority of the people doing the thieving in transit or hospitality aren’t usually European citizens. And I’m not saying this in some jingoistic or prejudiced way, or anything of the sort. It’s just the reality of this situation. Whenever they do catch them (which is rare), they’re almost always migrants (or sometimes just delinquent kids). And it’s understandable, given that they’re less economically advantaged, and more socially isolated from the mainstream. Life can suck sometimes, and it’s easy money.
@@AKCFTW 😬 Yeah…I don’t know..
@@stevnicoe You can always just look it up yourself. There are statistics on all of this, and it’s fairly well-known throughout Europe (as well as reported in the media). It happens everywhere, and it’s not necessarily any one group of people.
@@stevnicoe I don't think so , that's a crazy idea.
The big mac sauce as an actual sauce pack just came out new! We didn't have them before!
I’m so sorry 😞. You are so positive!! ❤
Ooh! These videos are great to see!! So sorry that your backpack was stolen 😮 I do always wait till the end of your videos because I love the little outtakes or extras you throw in! ❤
The last German McDonalds I had was in the Frankfurt Airport (Terminal 2). I’m always surprised when they charge for the ketchup packets!
That's a relatively new thing, though. If I remember correctly, it changed sometime during the pandemic. Before that, ketchup, and mayo packets, as well as the sauces for the chicken nuggets were not charged seperately, but were included.
I just love your attitude. Positive energy even when things go wrong. Your amazing.
I'm in the USA & our mcdonalds has had mccrispy chicken sandwiches for a few years now, could be a regional thing
Emmy I’m so sorry about your backpack, I’ve backpacked twice and I can’t imagine anything more discouraging happening to me :( your resilience is admirable!!
Love the Ithaca shirt!! I'm from Upstate NY, and we hike and explore the Ithaca area often. It is indeed full of gorgeous gorges! ♡
TS stands for Tomato and Salad in german Tomate und Salat. Royal TS is the normal version you got the Bic MC Version of it.
Oh, Emmy. I hate that this happened 😭
You've done well to picot and make the best ofnthe situation.
*SO FUN TO SEE THIS REVIEW, EMMY❣️ Thank you very much‼️💜*
Enjoy the rest of your trip, Emmy ❣️
Can't believe we are currently in the same country! Hope you had a great time in Berlin (asides from the backpack being stolen 😔)!
Hi Emmy, I hope you're having a great time in Germany :)
the "TS" stands for tomate und salat = tomato and lettuce
Thank you so much
I hope your happy stress free just eating and living good life ♥️🤪
McD used to have actual side salads in the US when I was growing up in the mid/late 80's.
They had the Shaker Salad too ... lol.
@@stephaniewarthen They did, but those came a lot later after the original salads had been gone for a while.
I like the plate salad with grilled chicken and the shaker, I wish they would bring one or the other back. The vinegar dressing was delicious.
Loved the chef salad they had.
Here in NYC we have the McCrispy. I think it’s available throughout the U.S. I’ve had it several times. It’s one of my favs. 😋
Isn't that a copy of the Crispy Chicken from Burger King?
@@tiefensucht Probably. These fast food companies always try to one up each other. 🤷🏽♀️
Emmy…I actually LOVE the sound of these videos much more than the high tech ones 😂❤❤
Your strength is amazing. I would be crying all week with depression. 😭
I’m from Germany: TS stands for tomato and salad as we call lettuce a salad lol
Great thing is that you can get every burger at BK as a plant based version. MD needs to do that, too
@@sphhyn Exactly! I always have to make my own Bic Mac at home!
TS stands for the German “tomato and salad” (“tomato und salade”, iirc), with salad meaning “lettuce”. Pretty sure that just means that it has more non-meat toppings than the usual Big Mac.
Love your channel Emmy tbh i use it for relaxation
You can ask for a side of Big Mac sauce. Some locations charge you for it and some don't.

@@blumberg1982 I am not, but a couple TH-camrs who I am subscribed to I think are or one for sure
Wow she was lucky !!! However you can easily be pickpocketed in NY City..
awareness, awareness is what some foreign tourists lack when they travel. How do you ever let your stuff be stolen unless you are consiously leave it without attention?
My mom has caught em a couple of times. One time for me.
I don't know if someone from the already 434 comments has said it already, but the "TS" in BicMac TS stands for "tomatoe and salat."
And indeed, it's because of the bun, that the German BicMac doesn't taste as sweet as it does in the US.
You can get Big Mac sauce as a dip in Canada.
We also get waffle fries at different times throughout the year!
We have the McCrispy in the states. I am jealous of the waffle fries though.
I worked at McDonald’s in the early 1990s. We carried salads before they migrated to the “salad shaker” delivery method. They were like a Wendy’s salad. I remember Garden, Chef, and some kind of chicken being the types.
I miss those.
It looks better than what we have in France, prices are comparable. Those waffle fries seem awesome.
Did anyone else see Winston make his reappearance 👀
"I'm traaapped!" just killed me! :D
I love the regular Mc plant. It just has some freshness that I miss in most burgers. The other vegetarian burger is love from Burger King, the country burger with a breaded vegetable patty and a slightly spiced sauce.
How exciting that you are in my home town 😃
I hope you also got yourself a Döner as it’s probably the most popular fast food here 🥙
An interesting, diverse menu McDonald's Germany has!
I live in the Finger Lakes region of NY. Love your shirt!
Depending on where you are in Europe it’s safe to leave your bag unattended or not. France and Brussels is famous for their thieves and pickpockets. Here in Austria and also in Switzerland, Germany and Italy I always felt very safe. Never had anything stolen 😃👍🏻
I used to live in DEU and I miss their morning star burgers
In Germany you can get your childrens menus also with apple slices and the salad. I love oldschool Emmy.
TS = tomato + salad.
Australia sells big mac sauce for nuggets and chips too. My fave.
1:12 classic story. I hear things like this all the time from the exchange students that I counsel
Welcome to Germany!
The "McFreezy" is actually the rebranded McD version of an old-time childhood favorite called a *"Calippo".* Introduced by Unilever in Europe in 1984, in Germany under their Langnese brand.
However, you should _really_ go try actual _German_ fast food such as *Currywurst* and *Döner kebab* (which was of course co-opted from Turkey through the immigrant community.)
Düner is also much more efficient.
Looking at more traditional German cuisine, my recommendations are to try
1) _Riefkooche_ (high German: Reibeplätzchen, Reibekuchen, Kartoffelpuffer) which are shallow-fried *potato pancakes.* Great with apple sauce or sugar beet syrup, which we call _Rübenkraut._
2) _Sauerbraten_ which is a marinated, sour pot roast. The Rhenish variant has raisins in the gravy. It is mostly a cut of beef these days though hardcore traditionalists swear by horse meat. Marinading helps to tenderize stringy cuts of meat and mellow out the harsh horse flavor somewhat. The traditional side dishes are red cabbage _(Rotkohl)_ and potato mash _(Kartoffelpüree)._
3) _Kassler_ which is lean-ish salted pork, traditionally served with sauerkraut (cooked! we don't eat that stuff raw usually), potato mash and sauteed onions.
YMMV
6) If you're in Cologne, don't miss out on the brewery restaurants, especially *Früh.* The Cologne kind of beer is a bit of an acquired taste but Früh used to serve a really mean venison goulash _(Rehragout)_ and rabbit goulash _(Hasenpfeffer.)_ Even though the latter is actually a _Westphalian_ dish, not a Rhenish one. (Rhineland and Westphalia, which are very different to say the least, were only squished together in a single state after the war by the Brits, which has always been their go-to method of making other people extra miserable.)
But I digress! Anyway, have a nice trip! And stuff your face like there is no tomorrow!
Calippo!!! Die habe ich total vergessen! Muss ich wieder einmal kaufen. Und jetzt habe ich Lust auf Currywurst. 😂
Hi from England! I am OBSESSED with the mcplant here! Yes we have it in the UK, I don't eat meat and I think it taste delicious... (not a choice to not eat meat, I'm allergic!!)

the austrians bullied mcdonalds into a few extra food regulations regarding transport times and regional usage of goods.
