All of these products would be SOO much fun for a sleepover party for kids. As an adult, I would love them as well, but I think kids would really enjoy them.
We Filipinos have cheese in/on some of our desserts. On our sweet bread rolls called ensaymada, we use cheddar cheese...and in our ice cream, we use Pina brand cheese which comes in a red ball and Is a Dutch cheese called Edam.
I think you need to take those melted cones back! If you have a Trader Joe's nearby they have mini ice cream cones and I like them a lot. Such cute buns!
Hi Emmy- they are stinkin cute 🐷 omg the fruits are just as cute. What a fun haul/ sorry about the mini cones. You make Thursdays and Saturdays so special!!!!
@nicanonymus2491 Pretty similar to how Emmy described them. The ones I had were filled with the red bean paste instead of the custard like hers. The dough is really squishy, but pretty plain. I think I'll only buy them again for how cute they are!
Omg I used to watch your slime videos as a kid on repeat for no reason-- might be from your comforting voice or beautiful slimes but I was shocked when I saw your video pop up on my home! Can't believe it's been almost 10 years..
I live in NYC, and the piggy steamed buns are my kid's favorite when we get dimsum. Piggy custard is the highlight of his dimsum experience, whereas I'm totally there for the chicken feet, the boneless duck feet, and the duck tongue. Yesh...I'm the weird Gweilo...lol. They literally chuckle every time I point to what I want. A few of my regular favorite spots already know me and come right over.
cheese is a very popular flavor in the Philippines!! It's one of my fave flavors! If you can find Magnolia brand anywhere near you, that's what I always had as a kid ❤
We get the chocolate and vanilla mini soft cones in SCal from the local Korean mart. My teen loves them! He prefers soft serve over ice cream. They are pretty decent for frozen
The mangosteen one looks like it had a spongebob flower on top.... I love it. And while I love matcha ice cream my favorite flavor of soft serve is black sesame and it's hard to find in the US.
Oh my gosh! Does Emmy have someone that helps her record her videos?? That just blew my mind! I always thought she was a one woman show! I’m so glad she has help!! ❤️❤️❤️
You should try out the Van Leeuwen ice creams! They're a french style ice cream so it's much more custard-y with more egg yolks in the recipe, but the flavors are the real stars of the show. The Earl Grey Tea flavor is my favorite, but they have some other unique ones like Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin, Buttermilk Berry Cornbread, Honeycomb, and more! The pints should be at most grocery stores, but you can buy them online too! Very thick, indulgent, and packed with flavor! You would love them! 🍨
The ice cream macaron is great if you pick a good flavor. If you’ve never had one it’s definitely worth a try. Not everyone will like them. I’ve seen a variety of them at Whole Foods.
Rechargeable products definitely have a shelf life. We have had to replace our vacuum and dust buster so mini vacuum a few times because the stupid rechargeable batteries died.
Hi Emmy, I live in RI and my favorite matcha ice cream is the honeycomb matcha from the ice cream barn in Swansea. It’s sooo delish and they source local ingredients as much as possible. Hope you try it! 😊
I bought some custard bunnies for my grandson over Easter. He has a low tolerance for sugar and he loved them. I agree with you, they need to be just a little sweeter in the filling. I kind of like the fact that the bread is pretty much flavorless and it's like biting a little pillow.
Definitely get your money back for those cones... That's a grocery store issue, either they were left out too long before being stocked or the freezer busted or went down during a power outage
Xue Ren definitely has the best videos on how to make the cutest buns. I think you should give them a try and ask your children whether they were worth the effort.
Recently saw a "Jolly" episode on YT where they ate at a restaurant in London that had just earned its first Michelin star and they served a classy version of a pork "slider" served in a piggy bao bun.
I just got back from Mitsuwa. They had the soft serve cones and I was tempted to buy it but I figured they would melt before I got home. Glad I didn't. BTW: The best matcha ice cream I've had outside of Japan is in Kapaa at a small shop called Matchaya. Amazing!
The problem with grocery store ice cream novelties is that most of them aren't insulated enough to guard against melting during a freezer's defrosting cycle. If you want novelties that tasted freshly made or very close to it, you'll need to either find an ice cream shop that sells them, making sure to pack them in dry ice for the trip home, or pay a premium for an ice cream delivery service like Schwan's. (Don't worry if you've never heard of the company, they're based out of Marshall, Minnesota.)
Thank you so much 🥰 As far as the mini cones? I'd return them to the store, you bought them to rate them on your show. They need to look good to start with. ❤❤
Emmy: if your Drumstick cone had that weird rubbery texture, it was stale/freezer burnt. They should very much be crunchy. I'm guessing that one is, too.
I think you should make bow with say strawberry jelly paste or like a pbj bao yas and like actual strawberry bao and so many different real nice flavors of bow bao? you know what I mean
Sometimes, I miss living in Japan, where food and creativity mingle so freely. Love this episode, EmmySan.
That’s such a pretty way of putting it!
Same! I miss Japan a lot. The food and variety is amazing!
Why did you move away?
@@CEspinal-i6u My father was stationed there in the military; I grew up in Japan and England, mostly.
Japan is so far ahead of us especially with technology
Even when Emmy is DISAPPOINTED, she SOMEHOW STILL makes it sound A-O-K🤣😆👍. You are a national TREASURE my Dear!🤩 ❤️💕
Yep dropping everything and watching this right now
I just watch it on my phone and do what I’m going to do. --sarcasm
I’m at urgent care abs did the same thing😂
The buns were all so cute, would be great for children for snacks or lunches.
would be perfect for bento boxes!
Haven't even finished the video yet but oh my goodness the buns are ADORABLE! Wonderful content as always. Thank you!

The macaron ice cream…. HUGE in San Diego. Fantastic almost always.
The product ships surprising well! The ice cream is just as important as the macarons though.
Really, really good. 😋
@@ImTasty1978 macaron, not macaroon ... they're totally different things
I am aware, Jim. Thanks though.😊
Happy dear.
I like the little crooked bear 😂
Freaked me out with 0:24 the magical teleporting cup thing.
We need a "so cute" counter for this vid 😆
Everything was SO CUTE 💖💖💖
Those clear lids on the ice creams would make great single plant cloches for the garden!
idk about anyone else, but emmy is the only youtuber whose videos i watch all the way through every single time
I think you need to take those melted cones back! If you have a Trader Joe's nearby they have mini ice cream cones and I like them a lot. Such cute buns!
Wheeeee I’m here for you Emmy! You’re my fave… I can’t believe you’re almost to 3M!!!! When I subscribed you had 300k lol
How do you remember how many subscribers she had when you subscribed? I can’t remember, I just know it was long ago lol
The bunny bun looks like a walrus when it's upside down!
The bounciness of the buns is so satisfying 😅
Hi Emmy- they are stinkin cute 🐷 omg the fruits are just as cute. What a fun haul/ sorry about the mini cones.
You make Thursdays and Saturdays so special!!!!
A local boba shop I love were selling those little piggy buns and they are super adorable! Of course I bought them immediately once I saw them 😅
How do they taste?
@nicanonymus2491 Pretty similar to how Emmy described them. The ones I had were filled with the red bean paste instead of the custard like hers. The dough is really squishy, but pretty plain. I think I'll only buy them again for how cute they are!
@@graciegregg7276 A lot of places serve them with sweetened condensed milk to dip them in & that makes them more sweet & tasty.
The end - "hehehe I don't know what I'm doing" 😂😂 Me, every day of my life
It’s always a good day when watching Emmy❤
Those little buns look amazing to me! I find bao, red bean paste and ube to be delicious!

Häagen-Dazs still makes a green tea ice cream, but it's hard to find.
Thanks for your Good Fortune shout out! So grateful for such a terrific market nearby.
I will look out for the Macarons.
I saw the bunny bun upside down at first...... and I thought that it was a WALRUS!!!!!!!!!! 😅😆
😂😂😂
Perfect little snacks for Easter!
I love the "it's not you, it's me" convo with the buns at the end 😂

I love your descriptions ❤ it’s so spot on!

I kept waiting for you to make piggy noises when you were squishing the piggy bao! So cute!
This brings me back to your old content. Trying out cute candy and snacks!
I love macarons, with or without ice cream! All those buns were absolutely adorable.
We get the chocolate and vanilla mini soft cones in SCal from the local Korean mart. My teen loves them! He prefers soft serve over ice cream. They are pretty decent for frozen
I absolutely had to watch this because I knew Emmy would exclaim, "so stinkin' cute!" ❤
The packaging looks so cute and childish. Amazing.
I bet kids love them.
I think I have watched too many of your videos; I have taken to saying "How stinking cute is that?" LOL!!
I enjoyed this!
I like when you taste test items from the store. 😆
Sorry those buns were disappointing.
They were cute though!😊
Love Emmys videos 📹 😍 always cheers me up. 😊
Hands down the best food reviews on TH-cam! The description of flavors and texture, top notch!🤌🏽

I love the soft cone
How stinkin cute is Emmy? Love her ❤

So frustrating!🪫
I've had the pig buns before! SO cute!
I love that soft rubbery texture of the ice cream cone. I prefer that texture over crunchy. I'd probably really like that ice cream
Those steam buns are so cute and being not sweet is a bonus for me. I don't like when they are sweet!
I want to EAT IT ALL! Thank you for doing so for us, Emmy

The ice on the outside of the ice cream indicates freezer burn. They'll take them back. I think I would like to try the buns.

the bear buns omg!!!! i have such a great need 🐻🐻

That hagen dasz green tea ice cream -- i live in montreal and grocery stores carry it here! it so good, rich and creamy with that matcha tang
I love how Japan makes ordinary things cute!
I thought you shopped at Good Fortune after I saw your self heating hot pot meals there! 😄😄 I love their premade buns!
The buns are so cute!
Come on!!! Love the buns! Thanks for the review, wish I could get some here...
Oh so much fun. Hate cutting into or biting cute foods though lol.

Maybe not that tasty but so stinkin' cute!
my local target carries the matcha häggen-daz. maybe you can find it at your local target
They still make that matcha ice cream!!!
Me too! Can’t believe it almost 3millions views is awesome!!
Could you recreate the buns with a more tasty filling? I think your version would be amazing
I don't know what's more cute the snacks or you😄
The chickens feast tonight!
Oh my, I haven't seen those cones since I left Korea!
Ive never been told to look at something in such an urgent manner.
i’ve had ducky buns like that at dim sum and they are indeed very cute
Haagen Daz still makes matcha, but it has been harder to find over the years. At least where I live in the South.
Can you return those mini cones? The buns are adorable though!
Ms. Emmy! You have gone mainstream 😊❤. An article popped up on my Google feed today 😮 awesome. Your enthusiasm for life is infectious. Thank you!
Emmy rolling her “r’s” trying to pronounce macaron 😂
Emmy: if your Drumstick cone had that weird rubbery texture, it was stale/freezer burnt. They should very much be crunchy. I'm guessing that one is, too.
I could eat them all! Yum!
I still miss United Noodles in the Twin Cities. Nothing really like it near me in Virginia.

I fell in love with macarons when I tried them as cookies instead of little sandwiches, meaning no filling
