    Inspiring transformation! It honestly amazes me how a thin boy at the beginning of the video achieved a solid muscular physique. Now it's my turn to put some meat. I'm fed up of looking like a lollipop. Been going to the gym for 3 weeks now. I also got myself a meal plan (which I got from Next Level Diet btw) and I am very satisfied with its flexibility and simplicty. I hope I will make it and make myself proud at least once in my life!!

    Im a black dude, always been "big" but did a lot of martial art and bodyweight musculation, my lowest wa 69 kg and my highest 120 kg. i can assure you for me, this type of physique of yours is perfect for daily evrything and even combat situation, you are fast, agile, strong and can go everywhere. i wish i could go back to 70 kg i would jump so high bro

    Btw i also completed my fitness goal(challenge) by doing 108 suryanamaskar everyday for 108 days straight, feeling proud of myself and feel i achieved a great thing in life

      @@kishankave8213 i was a fat guy with dheri and my friend and i wanted to do this once in lifetime, so we started it in lockdown together, and i had many changes after that, that us increase in confidence, my fat level was lowered, my chest looks so perfect now, and my dheri seems to be vanished it is the best shape i have achieved after doing this fitness challenge.💙

    Fact is the first few months are the ones where you will see the most gains then it will seem as if you're getting no gains but it's normal you just have to increase your training regime, good thing about training is that it gives a boost in confidence notice how at the beginning he was looking like a boy who is really shy but at the end he looks like a man with a lot of confidence this is what most of us should strive for, he just showed us his results but it takes a lot of dedication, time and hard work to achieve it
