Let It Be | UP Concert Chorus | TEDxDiliman

Fresh from their winning the Grand Prize of the 6th International Krakow Choir Festival in Poland last July 2015, where they were the only Asian choir among 24 choirs from 10 countries, the UP Concert Chorus closed TEDxDiliman on soaring note with this Beatles classic.
The UP Concert Chorus, UPCC, or simply Korus, is the official choir of the University of the Philippines. As an internationally-competitive performing group, Korus has perfected versatility in singing classical, folk, pop and Broadway musical genres with signature vibrant choreography.

The choir did its best. The singing was beautiful. However, I have to say this. Their smiles are obviously not sincere. Not genuine. The smiles are not Duchenne smiles. There are no contractions around the eyes which only real genuine smiles produce. People could feel the insincerity. YOU HAVE TO FEEL THE JOY AND HAPPINESS WITHIN.

I think they're very conscious and they wanted to see how good they are instead of giving the message of the song thru singing. Nonetheless, I'm giving them an A for the effort.
