  • Hey Guys! Today I will be Harvesting Amaranth and Gomphrena for Drying. I'm getting eager to make a fall wreath and I think these two plants will be a nice addition to some Karl Forester Grass. My lisianthus are still going strong, along with my Zinnias. The Dahlias had a few setbacks this year, but I don't care because the AppleBlossom (If only a few of them) showed its face and brought me much happiness. I LOVE this Dahlia. As I was walking around, I finally got to enjoy a hummingbird feeding on my Black and Blue Salvia that are popping. It made my day and I was so excited to get it on camera for you guys. This was a great day, a great gardening year and my last Annual Harvest for the season. Every year brings new successes and new opportunities to learn and grow. I'm so grateful to have the yard that I do. It's a place of respite and refuge for me and I will never take it for granted. I hope you enjoyed harvesting with me. Thanks for Stopping by and for your nice comments. They mean a lot. Zone 6b.
