I buy all my almonds, walnuts , and pumpkin seed at my local Natural Grocers. Prices are the best. I mix them in a tub with cranberries. Eat a couple of tablespoons in my yogurt. Yummy. Not as expensive as you think.

This sounds great and I want to start snacking on walnuts, but I have had problems with kidney stones and kidney infection in the past and need to steer clear of oxalates which I think some nuts are high in. Are walnuts okay for someone like me to eat who needs to limit oxalate consumption? Thank you for all of your valuable information you provide to all of us, Dr. Mandell ...it is so greatly appreciated!!!😊
