When I had a bike(before my stroke, when it resulted in it being scrapped), I cleaned my bike myself in quite a similar way to how you did this one. But, I didn't miss any bits like you have!! Lol!!!
Beautiful job! I’m not one of the good Harley owners that loves to detail my bike after a 15 minute ride, my ‘15 Ultra Limited just hit 80k and sits outside at work a lot. I don’t wash it as often as I should because I’d rather ride than polish. Hopefully you can get sponsored by Let’s Roll Lifts like a lot of other channels. It would make cleaning so much easier, especially the wheels! 😂 I’d love to have mine detailed, I just don’t have the patience for it myself.
@@The_Dad_Garage I have a bike just like it and do my own detail and put a few videos up on my channel and my OCD kicks in and I usually have between 3-4 hours in it LOL.
I just stumbled on to your video and what you did to that street glide is just short of amazing. Correction it is amazing. I would very much like to talk to you about giving you a new vehicle to try. A Harley Trike. I live in the Phoenix area and would be very interested in paying for your services and possibly use my trike for one of your videos.
@@The_Dad_Garage batwings are the first to get damaged from rocks and dropping the bike. The quality of paint from the tank to the batwing is undeniable with the orange Peel. You need to watch for non oem paint because the material quality and workmanship is typically much worse. You'll find nearly all aftermarket paint is much less resilient to abuse, sunlight and having defects corrected.
After you finished with polishing aren't you suppose to use a prep spray to remove all the oils etc from the polish o the wax or anything you apply after polishing will stick to the paint?
A jack would raise the frontend up making detailing front wheel much faster. Bags are quick detach. It is your channel though, you do you. Personally, I would not waste time posting a video where I only completed part of the project, HALF-AS- as some would say. Hope you are well. And just a note, bikes get rained on all the time if they get rode. Just don't spray HP directly in and around electronics. Blow dry when done with a compressor or leaf blower. When finished crank and run to burn off excess water on cylinders. A few changes in the presentation of your content could create a successful channel. Music needs to go! People want to see and hear why and what you are doing and what products are being used to get results. Plenty of comedy and music channels already. Not busting your chops dude just giving advice.
dummy me put a bag cat food on the my bike,a 2018 heritage, over my tank and the wax coating on it screwed up my paint job:-( used mothers products and a electric buffer to fix my screwup. note take gas cap off cause the buffer will spin it off if you bump it thus sending it flying across the floor not good had to buy another cap.
“Has hard bags, so I can’t get to the rear tire”? How does someone check/add air? Takes 15 seconds to remove the bags, 30 seconds disconnecting the speaker wiring.
if you notice we took off the hard bags, took off the electrical wiring and did the rear tire off camera. didn’t want to put my editor through extra headache. thanks for watching 🤙

Amazing condition for those miles. My 76 Iron Barrel looked like it had been to hell and back from new.
I totally agree! Very very few marks from road debris
I bought a 15 street glide with 60,000 on it and I’m glad I did I love it!!

that would be awesome to get sponsored by them! get that thing ceramic coated and it would cut down on wash time significantly
I would like to see you do a UTV. Like a Ranger or something.
Damn the difference on the paint is crazy. Good stuff man. Enjoyed it.
thank you! 😎
“we’re gonna stay away from the electronics “. proceeds to blast the heart of the electronics under the seat ! lol
I’m Jk. nice work
I know I know lol good thing all those connectors have water tight connections and we got all of the water out really quick with a dryer
Very clean, but it looks like over $1,000 in supplies and equipment. What is the only required minimum set of foam and brushes?
Wow! Amazing job man. Thanks for sharing.
thank you for watching my good sir!
The only thing wrong with this video we didn't get to see the owner's reaction
I know! he didn’t want to be on camera :/

Hello from Belgium...
That batwing has been repainted. Harley does paint and chrome extremely well.
you think? I know next to nothing about harley paint in all honesty

70,000 miles, goodness gracious and that thing is gonna need a new motor soon. Lol.
no joke! I was floored when I found that out
Now that's funny as hell , walk behind the scenes belly button out and holding the American flag 🤣 😅😅😅😂🎉🎉🎉

Hello From Brasil
Nice job, but there are way better products than CG!
oh absolutely I 100% agree, but the average person isn’t going all out for professional line products haha
Its almost over poor thing age and miles gonna bring it down
Never use pressure washer on motorcycles
Why wouldn't you cover the electronics under the seat before spraying water all over the ECM and all the wires?
