I also bought sbc PRW Rockers for my SBC because D.V. recommend them. In my opinion perfect for a budget build like my sbc 305 upgrading the ratio from 1.5 to 1.6 with these cromoly steel roller tip.
Richard Holdner recommends pro comp/speedmaster garbage. Don't take these people's words as the gospel. They get paid to promote this stuff. Having said that, prw does seem to be the better of the Chinese rockers because all of them are just about junk.

Girdles for anything that has repeted demands of 5000 Rpm and up, regardless of lift.@@Poopdogsays
