Where are you from such that you think temperatures of near 0 C is not that cold? I personally would find it very nice. Were I am from average low temps late December would be around minus 10 - 15 C.
@@jonathanleonard1152 Northern Poland is definitely colder than Troy. If you look at the weather in a northern polish city such as Ostroda you'll see that (as of writing this) the forecast shows -17c, meanwhile in Troy it shows -6c.

I visited Romania and it was minus 30 C, And in scotland Braemar it reached minus 29 C. Minus 10 and Minus 15 C is still extremely cold
