M - 210V 8 X 16 Metal Lathe from eBay Open Crate and setup part 1 With Review

Here we begin setting up an 8 X 16 Mini Metal Lathe
In part 1:
We show the first few issues we run into + some performance testing.
Note: My any lathe from eBay comment actually means, Chinese lathes.
It does not include lathes made in China but sold under USA brand names.
This is because these US based company's have much higher quality control
and most of their lathes will work right out of the crate.
