I never heard of the first game; let alone this one! Arcade Archives needs to get on this and release on Switch and other platforms. Tired of them scrapping the early 80's catalog of games like Commander Vs Sasuke. Where is Ninja Baseball Batman, DJ Boy, Thunder Fox, Crime City and this game?
Good news, the first game Numan Athletics is coming to Arcade Archives next week. Hopefully this would lead to Mach Breakers alongside Outfoxies which uses the same hardware.
Tokyo Olympics 2020 sure looked different from what i had in mind.

NOW THIS...... This game looks like absolute fun! Im definitely playing this. Plus i love how the blond dood speaks english and the japanese woman speaks japanese and all the humor that goes on in this game. A lot of games back then and even right now need that

Early 1995 no suitable platform I guess and the game seemed quite obscure.
I like the characters in this game. They managed not follow some of the usual tropes for characters. (y'know, Posh character from England, black guy's a boxer, etc!)
eh, i thought the only one that didn't quite follow a trope/stereotype was the girl from England being of colour..
American guy is ultra patriotic..
Japanese girl is the super hot hentai girl..
Jamaican guy is Bob Marley..
Indian guy is an old faqir..
German guy is the super soldier..

The good thing about this game is that no athletes, supporters, and/or audience members get killed from the mistakes; intentional or not.

Did anyone notice that one of the people that was in both Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was also one of the voice actors in here, as well as the other fact, namely, that this game was one of the first video/arcade games to have multiple languages within its programming?

They should make a 3rd game with characters from the first and second game with some new characters from other countries or port these on arcade archive but the only reason because some of the character designs.

It’s actually impossible to get a 0.00 reaction time without actually knowing where the targets will appear in advance in future gate, so that part at least TAS’d
