Bro, it's called a google search. Lol. Whatever you do don't go to the Honda forms and ask this question, they'll roast you!! I used an 08 TSX k24a2 motor in mine and kept the ep3 5 speed, cr-v passenger motor mount, use the ep3 sensors and harness, karcepts throttle body adaptor, if you're trying to use the factory TSX exhaust manifold that's going to hit the sway bar(some just run without it, I've read that a em2 front sway bar, tho smaller diameter will work), you're going to need the ep3 upper idler pulley to go in place of the TSX power steering pump, and you're going to need k-pro. This is probably one of the easiest k-swaps you can do.
+peladetoparati So its the front sway bar that makes the front jump hard like that? I heard some company used to make a type of under body brace to help out with that but they are long gone apparently. I hate how my car does what this guys does in this video...

It's most likely wheel hop from motor mounts or clutch not grabbing. You have to find the sweet spot to launch the car. I've never had that problem. You need a steady foot. You have to feel the car to see if you need to use less or more throttle.

+Giuseppe Gagliardo just try to feather the gas pedal off the launch, your losing a lot of time there, .1 in the 60 foot will give you .2-.3 in the quarter, also try shifting without letting off the gas

@crazy, The swap prob ran me about 2000 all together. I ran a 15.1 with this run, im sure with better tires/slicks the time wouldve been about a 1/2 sec to a seconnd better.. The car was also untuned.
You can't run good times at Island lol...what did you trap? I currently have a h22a prelude that has 320k miles so I'm considering getting an ep3 however it would have to be swapped like this. I'm still not sold on the k-series for n/a power though, I trap around 100 consistently with a completely stock untuned h22 in a heavy lude. I do like how short these gears are though, seems like a lot of fun if not particularly quick
I was using an Hybrid racing speed converter. Didn't work very well, if I were to do it again id modify the transmission to accept the oem style speed sensor.

No you’ll need Kpro, and a Crv post mount. Check out the ephatch.com forum for more information.
