    bosu ball training is non contextual for football as you are not jumping from even surface to wobbly surface

      I always look to the ball while dribbling.

      @@SoccerFactoryTV I did this at home and this is really good. I am good at dribbling but my balance is bad. Hope this is helping thank you 🙏!

      You can do that that daily. Eg. 3 x 30 sec 3 rounds
