It's no underrated. It's overpriced and less effective/versatile than a usual stability ball.
I always meant to use this in the gym but never did. I knew of its benefits so I just bought one for home. I use it randomly several times a week. It's AWESOME !!!

Just started using it during my ACL rehab and boyyy let me tell you after not having the use of my quad/ hamstring for the past few months I’m feeling the burn trying to do squats on that thing

It's amazing for ankle rehab after injury, tried and tested. My PT showed it, but I still do it in the gym.
