Nice trailer, but, a few observations: Why have the generator located under the passenger side awning area? Why are there so many loose hanging wires around the jacks? Why isn't there a thermostat located next to the bed? Why isn't the fridge capable of running on 12V (how do I power it while driving when propane is prohibited through tunnels?). Why weren't the trailer specs revealed (length, height, width, empty weight, payload capacity, loaded weight, tongue weight), and price. I saw in other comments this thing costs $50K... no way I'd pay that for this. Nice guys in the video, but, keep looking.... Pete in AZ.

I bought your first Northwood wheeled unit. NASH 17K May 2014. Full timing for almost 9 years. Good unit. Few problems with water leak at back of toilet. Cross threaded fitting. Suspension by ALCO that was purchased by Dexter. Broke a spring? Discontinued after only one year? Had to replace all four. Axle spacing is not standard.
Nice video. Things I appreciate seeing that few cover would be access to the water heater (bypass valves), access to the water pump (& winterizing valves), the power distribution/charger, the underbelly (tank drain) and the headroom in the shower. Nice job going Goodyear, and 12v tv. I would also appreciate seeing any 12v power sockets and where they are.
I cannot find the trailer length and that’s a critical component for me. Can you include it with weight, model no., etc.? Decor is rather dark though I appreciate the efforts in the quality of the woodwork. Maybe a light wood could be a choice? Can a tri-fold sofa be put in place of the dinette? This is one of the best and best executed floor plans of its type that I’ve seen.
I think Northwood manufacturing has rock-solid builds and designs it's just their colors are Veerd toward senior citizens with that dark wood look I'd love to see a more modern interior you would have an instant customer here

Is there an option for a slide out so a pair of theater seats cab added or even a sofa? So far at least in this video I didn’t see anything outstanding verses other trailers it’s size or price. And you didn’t mention any of the features others don’t or do have such as construction or insurance values. How does it compare with Lance trailers?

I might recommend starting your presentation with a little overview and follow a bit of a more organized path instead of just walking around. YOu need to improve the lighting significantly also.

We love our 2022 22G! Very nice interior with plenty of room for both of us and our dog. Bathroom has plenty of storage and the shower is big and roomy.
I hate grey and white, charcoal and black in a trailer, so bland. I'd rather go back to the 50s colours, like turquoise, red, grass green with cream and pale timber.

I may have missed it but what is the GVWR ... not dry weight but the GVWR. Also what is the cargo capacity?
