It's honestly so interesting to me seeing Bart struggle with Pilates bc he's so fit and active on his own with strength lifting. Really shows that even people who lives a high active lifestyle can still experience difficulty with switching to different fields and forms of exercise. Props to Bart for being so open-minded and positive to trying new things! Also can we just all agree how amazing it is that Casey is able to talk so calmly while exercising lol

Wow, I’ve never been into power lifting but from the genuinely constructive way Bart approached Pilates I can definitely see myself enjoying more of his content. It’s rare to see someone approach Pilates like him where he not only tested it but also pin pointed helpful parts that he could incorporate into his own routine. Subscribed immediately!
I'm a spear hunter and a spear fisherman as a hobby and sport.. so endurance training is what I do never been injured, regardless of wild boars, python, poisonous spiders and sharks and barracudas I have encountered. When MY wife brought me to do Pilates with her.. I pulled a muscle.. Jesus it was hard.. Don't Know how women do this...
She's a great instructor. The way she speaking to Bart and not making him feel like he's an idiot is something I think lacks in the fitness community as far as teaching sometimes
My man saw me doing vinyasa yoga and Cassey's pilates workouts and he was like "You know I don't bend that way, but what you're doing is essentially military style full body conditioning workouts to make your muscles as compact and strong as possible". He's uh in spec ops high on the food chain and trains his soldiers XD. lol So the next time a dude is like "Pfft pilates I can do that!" Force them to! lol

You know, this gives me the motivation to keep doing cassey’s workouts. They sometimes are so hard for me (I only started working out at all not even a year ago, with good two months break due to a Covid infection) and I think it is ridiculous how she can talk and I cannot breathe properly. I think for myself „come on, this is considered ‚light‘ workout. If you cannot even do that, you should quit it all..“ and when I actually see these super fit people shattering their hopes on just the hundred or some plie pulses, I realise that it is in fact a big success to have worked my way from 30seconds of each move to 1min or 1,5min on a good day. And it is in fact not actually easy to hit 45min of Pilates and sometimes Pilates with cardio (cardio is my death) each day and staying motivated with these difficult moves. And also getting more flexible to get more out of them.
I love this so much! I've done a lot of Cassey's videos and I've made all of those faces :) I was so excited to see and hear the tips and tricks from both Bart and Cassey! Really appreciated this video.
