    Day 12 already, wow. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the fact that you've decided to release a video (with a guest!) every single day, that's a whole lotta work. Thank you so much! And although I perfectly know this is not a sustainable thing to do in the future (30 days challenges with daily videos, we don't want you to go crazy of course!), but having these videos really helps me (possibly other people as well) keep my interest up for the challenge. When you work out at home you can easily lose motivation; getting the notification every day keeps me going, like "ok now I HAVE to do this", "there are a LOT of people doing this, I have to keep up!" Seriously, thank you for all your hard work!

      c.c - depends. I would recommend seeing a chiropractor because that is bad and shouldn’t be happening, but on the other hand if your willing to do back exercises you may not need to.

    casey: how you guys doing at home
    me: currently dying, because i choose to torture myself and skip all the modifications.
    tip: i try to keep up with the pace of the video and get tired easily. So when I feel like taking i break, I slow down the speed of the video instead.

    Casey, this was the first video that I did not stop and I almost cried when it was over because I did that! I struggled, I complained, but I didn't stop. That was such a huge victory for me.

      i have been doing this challenge and i was doing some other blogilates ab videos before the challenge started and now i have great definition in my abs. i can even see an ab crack forming up so keep going!!!

      Update on December 29th, 2021 : Nowadays, working out has become a usual part of my weekly schedule ! I try to work out at least 4 times a week, and I love it because of how much better I always feel afterwards ! Still working out with Cassey cause she makes working out so fun !

    Cassey I've been enjoying this daily challenge. Your Daily ab videos have been the highlights to my morning (and seeing George 🐶) and I really look forward to them. Even though, some of the workouts had me -struggling- I did it anyways. I've been doing them every day since Day 1 with my niece and friend and we took a before photo of ourselves so we can cheer each other on and have seen results already. Thank you!
    =)
    *Day 1* - Wow, that was a tough one for me. Put my head down since my neck was hurting.
    *Day 2* - Easy. I'm thankful, because I was still sore from Day 1
    *Day 3* - Really felt my lower abs burning and had to take a break half way
    *Day 4* - I actually liked this one, it went by fast.
    *Day 5* - Easy
    *Day 6* - I put a pillow under my knee for this one.
    *Day 7* - Easy
    *Day 8* - I was struggling half way. had to take a couple 10 sec breaks but finished it.
    *Day 9* - Easy, went by fast.
    *Day 10* - Thank you Rosanna for all the breaks! Life saver. I needed those breaks too!
    *Day 11* - I actually like Russian Twists
    *Day 12* - Super fast and simple

    Its day 11 for me...tomorrow is the 12th here in Texas!! So i feel like she post a day ahead. I feel everything although im not really seeing anything. I can tell on my obliques/waist is starting to taper in more. Next month should be arms!!

    Yes I do! But have lots of friends who don't and they are awesome :) This one burned my core soooo bad!!! Loved it! kinda dissapointed I'm not that sore this morning, haha! But I still think I might develop some soreness later....Ready for day 13 today. Looks a lot tougher!

    At first I switched back and forth between the regular and modified versions, but ended up doing the modified for the last fourty reps because I could feel my abs burning the most with the modification.
    When I first heard about this challenge a few weeks before it started, I thought there was no way I could do 100 reps everyday. Not only have I managed to do 100 per day, I've been able to do them in one session rather than break them up through the day.
    I can't believe it's been almost two weeks since I began day one of this challenge on May 13.

    Just in case you guys are wondering
    (btw i'm just a 16 years old student that rarely do sit ups, but used to do 100 sit ups for 2 weeks straight. so i guess this challenge should be fine for me)
    Day 1: i find it quite easy although i took 1 or 2 break in between
    Day 2: it’s a lot easier than the day 1. I don’t take break at all
    Day 3: not really hard actually but it’s harder than before. I took some breaks tho
    Day 4: it’s doable and quite easy
    Day 5: i hate crunches so what do i expect 😂 i took a lot of breaks
    (i skip day 6 7 and 8, so right now i do all three in one day)
    Day 6: this is really hard omg i just can't do it properly
    Day 7: at first i feel like it's quite easy. but damnnnn i'm sure i can't laugh tomorrow
    Day 8: quite hard but doable (thanks to joe bcs i can take some breaks hahahha)
    Day 9: i don't do day 9 because i don't feel like it 😂 (a little bit of cheating should be fine hahah)
    Day 10: my favorite workout among all of those 8. i can do it easily, maybe because i'm getting used to it and my body is stronger than before. also, i didn't take a break during the workout
    Day 11: i feel like this is quite easy but my back started to feel sore after the 50/60 russian twist, so i changed it from level 3 to level 2. this is quite easy actually, and really doable. i'm so excited for the next one
    Day 12: this is hard. okay. that's it.

    *august 12th, 2020* _DONE!_ The center of my abs felt the burn, good thing it went super fast, although I really love doing that move and could have kept doing it for longer! Geo's reaction at the end made me laugh, too realistic haha

    Hmm so when I do this, there’s a pop in my hip socket every time I lower my leg. And my hip does the same thing for other workouts that require movement in that area, any idea what this is and how I can fix it?

    I'm curious when Geo had her baby! I skipped out on the ab challenge initially because I had just had my baby a few months prior. I'm so happy to finally be doing real ab workouts again!

    day 12 and the first day i truly pushed myself to not take any breaks. I heard soon into the video we were at 42 and though "wow not too bad im not gonna stop" i really wanted to take a break but im proud i didnt. whether i see changes in my body or feel them i can definitely feel the changes in my head.

    I did it!!! 😀😀😀 the first time the whole Challenge I’ve been able to do it all the way through without stopping!!!! I had to switch to modifications for 20 reps or so and then I went back to the original move. Yayyyyy 😀😀😀

    8/13/2020 9:06am - done! Somehow missed the workout yesterday..... But quickly got it done this morning! To answer the question: I am already a mama. My kiddos are 17, 14, 12, 7, 5 & 7 months!

    Day 1 ✔ - since it was the first day , tad bit hard, took no break
    Day 2 ✔ - easier than day 1, took no break
    Day 3 ✔ - changed into table top position after 70 leg lifts , no breakDay
    Day 4 ✔️ - easiest one so far. no break. literally over in no time
    Day 5 ✔️- not that hard, no break
    Day 6 ✔️ - not that hard, no break
    Day 7 ✔️ - easiest
    Day 8 ✔️- the hardest one so far, no break
    Day 9 ✔️ - hard. had to change the position after 60 rep. ( My obliques are still sore from candlestick )
    Day 10 ✔️- this was HARD. I incorporated some variations but completed it in one go
    Day 11 ✔️ - this was bearable
    Day 12 ✔️ - this was quite hard.added some variation after some time. also my right leg cracked every time I went down
