Just another reminder of the magic of British musicians. That such a brilliant song as this, is just forgotten like it never existed. Sad in a way, but at least these songs exist at all. For all London's sophisticated panache it is remarkable how cutting edge English music has always emanated principally from the North.
Northwest, North, Midlands and elsewhere, all geographically distinct areas of the UK. The Kane Gang are from the North East and are one of my favourite bands. Miracle is a superb album and has recently appeared on streaming platforms at long last. The first album The Bad And Low Down World Of The Kane Gang also contains Respect Yourself and Closest Thing To Heaven as you may well be aware.
I remember the local radio stations in Stoke on Trent playing this in mid 1987 & fully expecting it to do quite well in the charts, but then it disappeared. What happened?.
They have a new band out called Autoleisureland. It's David Brewis and Paul Woods. And The Kane Gang have been playing shows again. Great news all around.

Signal Radio did not play it enough. It is their fault.

Don't Look Any Further was US Dance Chart Number 1 in 1988.
