Personally, I would add the "form" as a PDF to Google Drive then set the sharing to "Anyone with the Link can View". Copy that link and add it to the Video Settings in the section where you can adjust what is displayed after the survey is completed (it usually just says thanks for responding). It's good practice to put a Thank you, but you could paste that URL for more information (and perhaps even provide an email address or a way to contact you if they would like to remove their permission to participate...)
Very helpful but I would love to buy you a silent keyboard. Not meant to criticize but I could not finish the video, which was really helpful by the way... but the keyboard strokes were SO loud and distracting.

Hello my friend, thank you very much for your great tutorial. I have a problem and maybe you can hekp me? I have a form in wich one of the questions has 70 possible answers, and the participants will have to choose 1 (1 name of a list of 70 teachers names). Off course choosing from 70 otions is too much, therefor I'm looking for a plugin or a way for the participant to tipe the first letter of the teacher's name, and the right names of the specific letter will apear. I thought of adding a questio like: What is the first letter in your teacher's name? and than directing from there, but 24 is still too much for a list. Any idea? Thank you!
I'm not 100% sure that this is possible. The description is meant to be just a small blurb... I know I overuse it at times. You are probably better served by adding a statement before the question (a section header etc...)
Do you know how to do permissions? I created my form and sent it out on LinkedIn and people are saying that it's asking for permissions. I went to "send" then to link, shorten link, and copied the link to share with people but they are still getting the error box for permissions.

Make sure that your form doesn't require sign-in. If you send me a screenshot of your setup screen I may be able to help more.
