Dear Scott, thank you for the great work! Can you please advise on the following : I created a questionnaire and for one question I have chosen the multiple choice option. However, I wanted the participants to be able to choose more than one answer, if they wished to. How do I do that?

Yes you can! Just select the File Upload question type for this purpose.

Hi Scott, I'm so glad I found this tutorial. Very easy to follow and appreciate the ease and simplicity of following along with your instructions. Thank you! We use the Google suite for everything at work and I have created forms in Google Forms before, but I am getting stuck on how I can create a form that allows me to have recipients choose like 4 options out of 50 offered. I can create the form but after that I'm stuck with directions to allow this option? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Great video and presented very well. I still have a few questions. I'm high school teacher and I use google classroom. We had some people from google come out to teach us but the lessons were to quick and didn't cover to many fine details. I so not understand why google, with all of their millions of employees can not make tutorials for their own products. I just don't get it.
- How come when I remove an item in docs or forms it always seems to come back?
- Can I share or copy and paste forms and docs between different accounts without one being effected when the other is edited?
- Why does google delete my older classrooms when I'm still trying to use them? How can I prevent this?
- How come there is no way to contact anyone at google for help?
-How do I fix issue with google classroom grades....

I want to do a quiz in google form for participants . Please tell me how to take or bring or upload video and audio from my file in this quiz for participants.
Great video as always.
I created a form to track my expenses. It has a date, were spent, amount, category to charge-to, etc. I then can take a picture of the receipt and it all gets logged into Sheets which I use for assisting in the preparation of my taxes or see my spending habits. I can also import PDF receipts if I but something on-line.
Microsoft has a Form function in Ofice 365, you should compare the two products.

Yes! On the Responses tab, select Individual. Here you can provide individual feedback for any question for that person.
