I hate the backlash that Kuro Games got from WOWA's release, specifically about the performance. A lot of fans came from similar-appearing games like Genshin or HSR, and while WOWA definitely could have been better, people are downplaying the release to be an absolute fail. People forget that Kuro games isn't any big-time game company like Hoyoverse, for example. Wuthering Waves is literally Kuro Games' first big and mainstream game, and that alone makes the launch amazing. Sure, it has bugs and a lot of people experience horrible lag. But other games start off rough in performance and never get discredited for it, so I really don't understand why so many people collectively decided to just bash WOWA's release.
I wholeheartedly agree with you. I think kuro is being scrutinized too unfairly probably just because people are comparing it to genshin and the communities have a ton of bad blood going on right now. I say just enjoy the games you like and leave each other be
