i think most people don't know this but there is a mechanic where if you get 2 weapons/charas in a row, the next 4/5 star is the opposite. for example, if you get two 4 star weapons in a row, the next 4 star is a character. this doesn't happen all the time because you can get lucky and just keep switching between weapons/charas but it's a safeguard to make sure you don't pull like 10 4 star weapons/charas in a row.

it's given in the description for the standard pull if you get 2 characters or weapons in a row(4 star or 5 star) you are confirmed to get the opposite in the next pull. In this case when he got the aquila favonia and skyward atlas he was confirmed to get a 5 star character next time and he got dehya. Also the next 5 star he will get will surely be a weapon as he got 2 characters in a row

in case you didn't know, there's actually a hidden pity in the standard banner of whether you get a 4-star/5-star weapon or character.
Every 270 pulls will contain both a 5★ character and weapon, while every 30 pulls will have both a 4★ character and weapon. In other words, it is impossible to do 270 pulls without a 5★ weapon, and likewise impossible to do 270 pulls without a 5★ character. - genshin wiki

Due to its highest in class raw attack that sword is Bennet’s BiS tied with Mistsplitter but you’d very much rather use the latter weapon on a main DPS.

The standard banner has a weird system between characters and weapons. IF you get 2 five-star characters in a row, the next 5 star is guaranteed to be a weapon, vise versa.
Like imagine not being happy everytime not getting a weapon. That’s so sad lol

Here is the thing that I’ve noticed about the standard banner, let’s say you get two 5 star weapons in a row, your next 5 star on the banner will be a character. The opposite is true with 5 star character, getting 2 will guarantee a 5 star weapon next. Its just what i have noticed with the banner, unsure how true it is
Just a note! If you get two weapons, your next five star will be a character! And vice versa, only on standard though :D

Typically, I do a shared event and standard push, so I have double pitty to work with.
