I'm excited to see her video about diet too. I know that when I avoid carbs and sugar my pain decreases 70%. I've been doing IF but I'm having a hard time getting my carbs down but I'm getting closer and closer every day. Trusting God has been a game changer for me. When my pain Ievel gets really bad the only thing that brings me relief is a conversation with Jesus. God bless you

I thought I was the only person with the fibromyalgia's high painful intensity in pelvic area, front & back, making riding in a car extremely uncomfortable along with trying to find clothes which don't hurt.

You are amazing wiith the explanation of your videos. Thank you for your expertise in educating us and taking the time to do the videos. Much appreciate the learning and understanding of Pain and Centralization which as you stated is misunderstood and doctors are not "taught" this in med school.

Ofcourse fibromyalgia patients are widespreaded and chronic pain issues is due neuroinflammation ....well explained by dr andrea ..modalities 100 percent anti-inflammatory diet ....and need proper education about painsystem . After seeing these type of videos people with fibromyalgia one or two.....they asked me via waatsup and i used to screen by central sensitization inventory questionaire 80 percent mostly fibromyalgia ......and multidisciplinary approach is the only way ....

In fibromyalgia the main symptom is pain. In CFS the main symptom is fatigue.

I am really suffering from neuroinflammation right now. I quit added sugar 8 weeks ago but still have my overeating issues. I am ready to eliminate all the anti-inflammatory foods from my diet because my pain is so bad.
My question is this: Is there a medication that decreases glial cell activation? Will Ketamine treatments help?

Very interesting. I relate. I wonder if you’ve come across the long Covid research being done on chronic acidosis? I have dx of FM, ME/CFS and more recently long Covid. I’ve had great results in the past from an anti inflammatory diet but after reading how the chronic acidosis part puzzle piece of the long Covid research got off the ground I’ve made a couple of changes and added low PRAL. I’ve found it has made a huge difference. I’m hoping that some of the long Covid research will help people with chronic pain and fatigue. I really enjoy your videos. The interview with Fiona was inspiring. I’m doing similar. Progress is glacial though! I’d love to hear your take on what long Covid research might yield for the chronic pain community.

Do you need to have a PET scan to determine the treatment to decrease the volume of glial cell? i follow excercise routine, take pregablin, and ES tylenol. Fibermyalgia flares up and takes over the body every day. i am eading your book also. is there a medical intervention to reduce glial cells?
