I am happy for you and thank you for sharing your success. I need to get back in the habit of doing this myself. I used to do 15 before bed a few years ago, but that habit died down after the crazy pandemic. Would be a good goal for me to try and do 5 each night for now, and when I get comfortable with that, increase it by 5.
