Superb ...I was waiting to see such a video ....only one part more ...regarding the booster air during initial starting the integral gear pump is not running so to shift the fuel level requirement of boost air ?...pls explain just initial start of ug governor since no hydraulic pressure from pump...

It has to adjust as per the site requirement. You must observe the governor response while generator running in parallel. You can have a fine tuning to gain stability in reasonable time by adjusting compensation range and rate ( By arrow and the needle valve)

Yes you are correct. It controls the travel of transmitting piston thus, the temporary droop / compensation range / (load to speed reduction) range will alter. I will upload the lecture not for your reference too.
