You can never have enough crochet hooks😂😂. Can’t imagine having to share mine because I know I’d probably never see it again. Everyone should have their own set. Good to know you can get good, inexpensive ones.❤
I bought this set a year ago when I wasn't home for more and I love them. I normally use Clover Amours and the difference us minimal. The only thing negative is the packaging. Good hooks for beginner and experienced crocheters alike.
They look similar to Milward hooks. I love them because the hook is the whole length of the handle, whearas some hooks are short and come out when woring in stiff fabric.
The "extra long" part seems to be the shaft of hook OUTSIDE of the handle mold....most ergonomic hooks have really small shafts at top of hooks.....my set averages 1.5-1.75 inches long from top of silicone to end of hook.
I actually like my similar set from Amazon that are basically Clover Amour knockoffs more than my real Clovers because the shaft is a little longer. I can't tell the difference other than that. I've gotten a few other cheap sets elsewhere that I don't use because they are awful. I do like my Prym set but I prefer it for cotton or bamboo over acryllic.
I can't use most hooks like this because they use stainless steel instead of aluminum. Stainless steel has nickel and my girls and I are allergic to it. So, I stick with Clover because they are nickel free.

And I have multiples of all sizes lol definitely need more 😂

I totally agree!

Definitely, different hooks for different yarns and stitch patterns. Thanks for watching 😊
I have found that a longer shaft is always preferred.
Some of these can be bought as singles, i would suggest buying one and try it for a while.
Absolutely, especially if you’re still unsure on what kind of crochet hook you prefer. Thanks for being here 😊
The rubber moves when your crocheting with them

This is exactly why we can never have enough hooks, different yarns pair with different hooks 😅
May I ask what brand you got on Amazon that’s similar to the Clover Amours? 😊

That is a good point, I will keep an eye out for allergies for future reviews. Thanks for being here 😊
Thanks for sharing that info. My daughter and cuzin are allergic to nickel as well.
You get what you pay for no doubt.
They suck the rubber slices when working n short
I didn’t have that issue with the ones I tried but I’ll definitely keep an eye out. Thanks for watching 😊
