Hi Caroline. Love your videos. You asked about recommendations and mine is not for a huge amount of people but a definite amount. I’ve recently gone through chemo for breast cancer and my hair starting to come back - thank the lord! But I’m looking for makeup tips that make me look fresh and polished and wearing make up. Eyebrows are coming in but patchy and eyelashes coming in so short n dumpy. Appreciate any tips as I love love love makeup and conscious I am looking a bit drag like at times which isn’t a look I’m aiming for 🤪😂😂. Ideas for super short hair or bauld heads or scarfs will make help a few of us in the same boat - Big kisses xxxx. FYI I’m 51 so no spring chick 🐥
Thank you Caroline, every week I learn more from you - your ‘mistakes’ and corrective measures are so helpful too! I love it when you look at your work in that appraising totally professional way as you go along! Lucky people who get you to make them up, and lucky us to be guided along, and as someone else commented, you often pull a whole look together with a lip colour at the end - magic!
Caroline thank you again for all the information you put out there freely for us , from your wealth of knowledge and experience. I am nearly 60 - finally giving myself permission to play and create with makeup as well as be more intentional with skin care. I would like to know more about exfoliators - how to start, ( I never used one! - yes I know! Unbelievable) I would like to start on reasonably priced ones for slightly dry mature skin. I particularly love your makeup tutorials and watch them over and over. Many Yourubers are moving away from these and just talking at the screen pushing products. You throw out pearls of wisdom all the time about….So many things! I use my fingers for makeup way more now for example. I appreciate your infectious enthusiasm for colours and textures - love it all. Thank you Caroline
I really enjoy hearing your thinking process as you react to what you’ve just applied. That is so helpful for me in guiding my own reactions to “mistakes” I might have made.
That lipstick is everything on you Caroline. The corals and peaches are lovely with your coloring. Love your videos and your beautiful English accent ♥️
Bump look better. I do appreciate your tutorials. Such great tips and for me good makeup=feeling better. Thank you lovely Caroline. We need to see your Mum on again soon ❤️
Hi Caroline! Just a joy to spend my afternoon with. I've gotten so much sun because I swim every day for exercise, that I really don't need foundation. You've taught me how to "spot" apply and make it look seamless. Tata! See you next week.
I look forward to your videos and relaxing and chatty they are. This look came at just the right time! I plan to wear it to work tomorrow morning so Monday will be a little easer.
When you asked, "how are you all?", I had a little 'moment' 😢 . Thank you for being so warm and human ❤️. Your eyelash curler tip was appreciated too - I also have an absolute horror of pinching my eyelids 😱.. This is such a pretty, peachy look and offset your gorgeous top beautifully xx
So glad the bump is much better, Caroline. Lovely look...We all long for the spring weather (which we are getting today indeed!) and it's nice to have a spring look with the peachy tones...❤
Thanks very much. What is often difficult for me: if I have to do my makeup in the morning, with foundation and everything, and then go out in the evening: how can I refresh my base? I don't use powder because I have very dry skin. What does the expert recommend?
I think you're such a beatiful person inside and outside💜Dear Caroline your videos are a big motivation for me to doing something nice just for myself! I forget it a lot due to some struggles in my life😔 Keep it up thank you🙏🌹
Would love you to review the latest Trinny London brushes. I would also like an instructional video on how to deal with dark pigmentation without making foundation too covering . Thanks for all the brilliant content
Hi Caroline - so lovely your videos - you've been my inspiration to train to be an MUA aged 59!! Any chance you could give some advice on skin undertones - cool versus warm, how to determine and how that impacts on choice of makeup colours. Many thanks Caroline! 😊
Happy Saturday morning from the States. Almost Spring and your look is perfect for the season. I have several of the Rephr brushes you used and I love them. I also love the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer , although I use the more hydrating one. I love the concealer technique and will try it on my face. I also loved how you used your bronzer. This is a look I can do! Thank you and look forward to next week’s video. I’ll be flying home from Florida then. Be well!
Thank you for another video full of tips, you always ask if we have any questions or looks we need help with, I’m turning 50 in August and I will be in the Maldives 😍 which is amazing, but I’d like to know what products would be good and looks for the heat, I don’t want to wear lots of products but I always want to make sure my skin looks good and my face colourful, I am blessed with good skin and love my make up. I brought your beauty box so will take the eye shadow palette and the Daniel Sandler watercolour. Just be nice to have some hint and tips ❤️ thank you. X
I so frequently see 20 & 30 year olds creating these “lifted” looks but they haven’t yet met the effects of gravity! LOL. I love everything that you did in this video to demonstrate how to get that more lifted, awake appearance!! It’s so impressive to see the before & after images & what a difference a few products or placement of those products does to the structure & openness of the face. As always, you look beautiful with AND without makeup! But, after you used the few tips & tricks or key products, you look instantly more happy & wide awake. Thank you for teaching us all how to look & feel our best in ways that are achievable for both makeup enthusiasts & beginners alike! I hope you have an amazing weekend & I can’t wait to see what you share with us next!! 💜
Love watching you! You are authentic. Would you do a brow tutorial? Makeup is an important part of my life. However, I have always avoided my brows but they are now disappearing (at 62).
I love this look, I have that palette and it’s really lovely. I made two new beauty discoveries this week and wondered if you’d tried them? The Chanel no1 foundation and the Gucci eye brow pencil? I’ve been blown away by both. The foundation really just looks like skin and the eyebrow pencil is so powdery and creamy, best I’ve ever used and I’ve gone through a lot, high end and more affordable.
Love all the great tips and ideas especially what colours to complement outfits - have just ordered the lipstick. Delighted with results of several of your suggestions. Thank you
Ahhh 🥰.... my weekly fix of Caroline, just so soothing to watch. One question which always confuses me is SPF. Caroline you used a tinted moisturizer for your SPF protection in this. Some people say that's fine, others say it doesn't provide enough protection unless you slather it on. Also more and more people seem to be pushing us to reapply every 2 hours which is not practical without demolishing make up. There doesn't seem to be definitive answer. I guess the safest option is to go make up free and re-apply spf throughout the day??
Hi Caroline. Thanks for this video. Again, very informative and a nice variation of products you use. Love the Rephr brush, their eye lash curler is my favorite. One question, my skin is light with neutral to cool undertone. Some foundations end up looking greyish on my skin. Why is that? Enjoy your weekend!
Great video, thanks Caroline. I love your hair in this look. Do you use tongs or a wand? I’d love to see you do this hair look in a video! Thanks again!
This is a gorgeous look, Caroline. Right now I’m in physio bootcamp in the Alps after my back surgery, and funnily enough I have brought this exact CT palette with me!!!! I’m going to try this look when my family visit tomorrow. Have a lovely weekend! ❤️xx
Hi again Caroline! In reference to you asking if there are any questions we have that we’d love a film on - I am always a bit unsure of the exact shade I need for a base, concealers (even with the trick you taught us about a different concealer for covering up than the light one for catching the light), best eyeshadow shades for my coloring, best blush, bronzer and lipstick shades etc. I think it’s great to experiment and see what works (though sometimes that can get pricey and I can feel a bit pressured into buying something I try on in a store). And sometimes it’s great to be daring and go for a specific look with specific colors, but it would be great to see how you test a color on your face that does or doesn’t work for you and your thoughts on it. I’ve read about undertones and I never quite seem to fit in either category perfectly. Sometimes I love a lip color and then after putting it on wonder if it’s just not the right shade for me. I’ve seen you change your mind on a color but would be great to understand your instinct on why it does or doesn’t work for your tone and how we could apply that thinking on our own. I’ve gone thorough so many of your videos recently and don’t think I’ve seen one quite like this but if there is one, please ignore this request! Thanks and hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!
It’s so nice to find a creator that’s of an age that I can relate to. Would you use a dark color if you have deep set eyes in the crease? Thanks and looking forward to more videos.
Fab as usual. Caroline I would love any tips on brows, HRT and addressing pigmentation- you mentioned laser. Which laser and where do you have it done? Thank you so much 💕
So I was just watching the first season of “Glow Up” on Netflix and was absolutely delighted to see you on the show. What a lovely surprise to get to see you in your element!!!!!!!!!! Bring us along with you to work sometime 😘😘😘 p.s., you looked beautiful 😎😎
I love that make up,it looks so lovely on you. I’ll definitely be trying that tip on the outside of the eye, I’ve got a round face and round eyes so i hope it works. Bump still looks sore. 🤕
Thank you for the video, always learning something 😊. Ideas for future videos: how to hide facial imbalances? I have scars (bad teenage acne pick marks and childhood chicken pox) in the bottom of my cheek lines, consequently there is imbalance as my left cheek is cut into so less plump at the base line so looks smaller and higher up. Also Bronzers with a fringe? Needed? I’ve never used one a bit of blush seemed enough with a just below chin length bob. Have a good weekend everyone and take care 😊 x ps sleep really is everything!!
Great idea, I have toothpick scarring too and it’s so difficult to cover, one primer I’ve found to be very good is the synchro skin blur from shiesedo xxx
@@pinkgoddess I’ve never tried their foundations, heard good things though, I m loving the new Chanel No 1 foundation at no, it’s really blurring and looks so natural
Hi Caroline .. as usual a wonderful video with loads of tips 👌.. can I ask you’re advice.. I have suddenly noticed a blue vein under my left eye that appeared overnight and is here to stay 😫...makes me look sooo tired , I’ve tried loads but it’s all cloggy and doesn’t really work or cover 😒.. I have a light to medium skin tone .. can you please recommend anything, thank you in advance ✨💋 love Pauline xxx

Hi Caroline love this very pretty look so natural for spring the Charlotte tilbury palette is fabulous for this look & it looks beautiful on you The bronzer is so nice I will have to pick one up great video as always 🌸🌷🥀🌹🌼🌻🌺🌷🌹🌸🥀🌻🌼
Would like to see how to select foundation/tinted moisturizer for fair skin with freckles. Many make my skin look gray. I dont want to hide my freckles, just even things out a bit. Do I select a color that is warm to complement the warm tones freckles, or a cooler pink to complement the pinker, flushed skin underneath? If like to counteract redness. I have red hair but I know blondes with the same challenge.
Another fab look. At some stage, would you compare Mac Face & Body with other similar skin tints or sheer/light tinted face bases so we can hear your opinion. Thank you 😊
Caroline thx for all that You do! I need somme inspiration for a very fresh make up for work.I work for a sports brand so it should be something natural but I in the same time a little more then " make up, no make up" .Could You please do it?
What lasers have worked best for your rosacea? What green products work well? And as a random aside, have you ever tried Haus Labs, Lady Gaga's line? Really lux stuff, and good!
Hi , love watching your posts . I have a question for you I am quiet elderly but always try and look my best , my problem is my eye lids & water line are quite red can you advise me on what base you would use , skin is a little dry . Thanks , Jane …..
Hello Caroline, you mention the blemish on your right temple and the lazering you want to do. What is it? What did you mean please? I have discolouring like this as well and would like to do something about it too. Thank you.
I followed this while getting ready for work with whatever similar things I could find. I just can't get that pretty angled eyeshadow look. My eyes are super downturned and I struggle with that lifted look
I’d really like some help with foundation shades. I have quite a reddish tanned neck and chest and all my foundations don’t really match but if I use a red tanned foundation I’d look ridiculous.
Absolutely love today’s makeup Caroline! I’d love a brow product recommendation-I’m a cool toned blonde but any “blonde” brow products look red on me. Any soft browns are slightly too dark… what do you recommend?
Hi I'm a very pale skinned, cool toned blonde and my favourite is the benefit gimme brow in shade one - a very light/ashy shade. It's supposed to be for white hair and light/cool blondes. It's not so much about the product, but the tone and their shade one works for me in all the pencils etc too. I've tried every taupe and blonde in more affordable brow products and none of them work for me - the shades are too dark or too warm. Perhaps go to a benefit counter and get shade matched? They have quite a few shades and more than many brands, so hopefully you can find something suitable. There are other brands with multiple shades, but benefit is the most accessible for me to try on counter. If there is a counter near you brands like Anastasia make multiple shades too. I hope that helps.
Look at video by Nadine baggot with jo good. She’s a very cool blonde and uses a grey eye pencil. I can’t remember the brand but it doesn’t look grey and fixes the red problem. It looks brilliant
Caroline, I’ve just been on the Shiseido website as I want to buy that lovely lip colour. However, I couldn’t immediately find a ‘112’. Is it a Lipbalm or a Gel lipstick and does it have an actual name, please? Thank you!
Would love to see the look from a single palette. I'm recovering from a brain hemorrhage and make up has lapsed. I found this video quite motivating (thank you 😊) and the palette idea sounds easier for me to apply with my non dominant hand. We're going away for some sun and recuperation so I'd love to be able to look a bit glam in the evenings lol.
Would love to see a look done with a single palette. Or a look for travel…quick and few products. Great for travelling.

That’s a beautiful look for spring. Just wondering about choosing the brow blade colour my eyebrows are dark so what colour do you recommend?
Hi , love watching your posts .
I have a question for you I am
quiet elderly but always try and
look my best , my problem is
my eye lids & water line are quite red
can you advise me on what base you
would use , skin is a little dry .
Thanks , Jane …..
Love this look! I have never used an eyelash curler but I do get mascara on the base of my upper lid. Would using a curler help?
Can u do a video about using powders and cream products together properly?
What a great idea to show us this week. ❤️
Hello Caroline, you mention the blemish on your right temple and the lazering you want to do. What is it? What did you mean please? I have discolouring like this as well and would like to do something about it too. Thank you.
Love this look ❤️
I’ve got to try elf camo.
Absolutely love your videos ... you always look so beautiful & natural 😘😘😘😘❤❤❤❤🌻🌻🌻🌻⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘
Beautiful look and great tips as usual..❤
Wonderful! Thank you!
Love this look! ❤️
Beautiful as usual 👍
I followed this while getting ready for work with whatever similar things I could find. I just can't get that pretty angled eyeshadow look. My eyes are super downturned and I struggle with that lifted look
I’d really like some help with foundation shades. I have quite a reddish tanned neck and chest and all my foundations don’t really match but if I use a red tanned foundation I’d look ridiculous.
You never disappoint 🥰🥰
Oh Wendy ☺️🥰🥰🥰
Love it! Thanks 💖
Love a look with the darker version of charlottes palette.
Fantastic, thanks so much 🙏
Look at video by Nadine baggot with jo good. She’s a very cool blonde and uses a grey eye pencil. I can’t remember the brand but it doesn’t look grey and fixes the red problem. It looks brilliant
Love the lipstick
Good morning Caroline. Can you do a another mascara review again? You look beautiful.
Lovely!
Lovely look. The lips brought it all together. Cute shirt!
