Walaiukumassalam, yes there are many risks wrt to health of the employees and also wrt food safety. Birds feces may pose a considerable health threat to people who come in contact with them or inhale the airborne particles from them. If birds feces contaminate the product with salmonella and it causes diarrhea, vomiting and other abdominal issues. If your point is that product is totally packed in primary, secondary and tertiary packaging so therefore there is no risk for contamination in the product. Please note standards are for both process and product. Your product might safe but the process doesn't comply the standard. Therefore, the company having birds in warehouse can not qualify for any food safety critera.
