1. Yes exclusion for environmental monitoring and Pest Control could be but based on risk assessment and will not eliminate PRP'S like personnel hygiene etc completely but with less control / zonning etc . 2. Yes you may reduce frequency of metal detector verification but follow minimum and logical food safety control criterion referred in some Food safety std like to check at Start ,Mid, end of Shift . Or during any breakdown/after maintenance. 3. Yes as correction do repair work for X ray machine and Hold production from period of last positive rejection/detection time to current failure of machine. For this to have some lot traceability and identification mechanism and procedure.
You are the best teacher. I was strugling to find easy to understand videos on various Food Safety concepts but finally when I started wathing your videos, I was so happy because the your way of explaining things alongwith examples and small homework exercises is really amazing. thank you very much sir for your guidance.
First of All thanks for providing informative video and your channel is good source of information for everyone working in food industry. Personal hygiene, pest control, environmental monitoring are PRPs required for fulfilling requirenments of food safety standards. If x rays fail to detect test Pcs then product b/w 10 - 12 o clock should be under hold as test pcs fail at 12 o clock and ok 10 o clock
Case 2: frequency is right, to cross check some testing should be done at random times Case 3: corrective actions should be taken batch after 10 o'clock should be check again
Highly appreciate you sir for this kind of knowledge you have share with us we need more case studies like that. I have sent you the answer via email and waiting for your response. Thanks sir JazakAllah
1. To check the quality of raw materials, contamination can be occured during raw material introduction into machine, 3rd is that machine was not cleaned well last time. 2. To check the frequency time of metal detector is ok. But some unusual checking should also be taken besides set frequency intervals to verify if detector is working effectively 3. Correction is to fix the x-ray machine and pass the suspected product through the machine again to check if NC occured. Corrective action is to investigate what problem occured for not correctly working of detector and how to avoid this problem in future, so that as soon as detector stops working you should come to know and take necessary measures
Case#1 Food processing premises close or open in any food industry this is not enough we should follow the system according to the Food safety laws and standards.
Case study 1 :PRPs are the preliminary steps for any system,if they are not met, you cannot have a legible management system that assures food safety.ALL stadards of food safety are made for system management and safety therefore Case study 23: a thourough plan for planned preventive manitenance and increment in frequenxcy of checking the legibility of the detector
Case #03 Corrective action will be as, we hold the product as we pass the product in between from x-ray machine at 10:00 a.m to 12:00p.m and again pass to the xray machine for satisfaction .
CASE 1 Yes they all need pest system, environmental testing and so on as per requirements of fssc standard Reason: what if the finished goods are stored in the area highly contaminated by rats and pigeons? What if the rats damaged the finished goods. What if the packaging material doesnt have coa or testing reports and the food is contaminated with its chemical and physical property? So they need these and various system of fssc
case study 1: No justification is not valid! because PRPs, GHPs, GMPs are basic tools for food safety . case study 2: Yes! as it is a CCP therefore you have to monitor it but after every 2 hrs is too much therefore reduce the monitoring but monitoring depends on the condition of machine. case study 3: Repeat the cleaning process for lot of 10-12 pm correction is done but need a corrective action so that the problem is not repeated.
Metal detectors every 2 hr ke liye sahi hai. But ismane hame agar 2 hr ke bad bhi mera ku6 particals part ja raha hai tb iaska frecevancy bada yah ghata skate hain.

Brilliant..check your email for answers of case studies..
Highly impressive video highlighting a real challenges.
Thank you 😊
Very impressive video, such videos will really help lots of food safety personal. 👍👍👍👍👍Kudos to you
Thanks ☺️

Case 3: yes action should be taken
Product filled after the last reading of xray should get on hold
1. To check the quality of raw materials, contamination can be occured during raw material introduction into machine, 3rd is that machine was not cleaned well last time.
2. To check the frequency time of metal detector is ok. But some unusual checking should also be taken besides set frequency intervals to verify if detector is working effectively

Case#1 Food processing premises close or open in any food industry this is not enough we should follow the system according to the Food safety laws and standards.
Case 2: frequency should be reduced as you and filters should be placed to make it more secure
Case#2 checking Frequency of metal detector should be reduced for safe food.if the chance of metals particles is high in product.
Case study 1 :PRPs are the preliminary steps for any system,if they are not met, you cannot have a legible management system that assures food safety.ALL stadards of food safety are made for system management and safety therefore
Case study 23: a thourough plan for planned preventive manitenance and increment in frequenxcy of checking the legibility of the detector

As per iso standard personal hygiene ke parameter me ko fallow karana jaruri hai contamination ho ya n ho .
Brilliant..if you can send me an email..I will send you the answers in a reply..anyways thanks for the participation..
In case 3- last 10 baje se 12 baje tak ka finish product hum hold karege
Sir I have sent answers via email.
Thanks for the participation.

great initiative!! will you be posting this challenge in English too? Please please!
Thank you ☺️..can you please share your email id so that I will share the case studies in a document form in English...
@@QALearningHub just did :)
Machin ko further action lena hoga as a root case.

No, poor hygiene can affect the health of working man power..
All the products produces between this duration required re pass through x ray detector ......
What happened Bhai, there's no videos from 1 Year
