A word of warning ... My masseuse says not to have a massage when you are ill. Your lymph system is already overworked from being sick. I ignored her advice and didn't tell her that I wasn't feeling well one time and I felt horrible a few hours after the massage and for the rest of the day. BTW, I love your content. I'm so glad that I found your channel.

I hope the soup and massage works and you are feeling better soon. Your lapbook is total scrumptious gorgeousness! I think instead of a clone, maybe you need a time turner or a magician's apprentice to help bring all of your marvelous ideas to fruition. Then we, in the TH-cam universe, could watch you get twice as much done. You're like our squirrel, Nik, only better than Hammy. Tfs.

Oh my! Spoons! I use to get so discouraged trying to share with others why I can’t get going. I need to find that story so everyone knows. Having a disease like MS (in my case) that spoon story really helps me explain to others about my disease. Nik. You just encouraged me and you probably didn’t know! Thanks.

I hope you feel better soon. I used to be a massage therapist. Wait till you feel better before you go get a massage. When you do get the massage you might feel icky after the massage, but drink lots and lots of water afterward and it will flush all the impurities out of your system. And then you will feel great.
I love the the see through pockets you added. Everything you've been adding to this lap book is so great. Amazing ideas. Thank you.

Hello Nik! Sooooo enjoying your videos on this lapbook. Wonderful! Just a FYI...I retired from massage therapy a few years ago (25 yrs) and I would always tell people if they are looking for a therapist is to 1. ask your those who you respect greatly for referrals for therapists. (Cuz there are so many different types. ie: swedish, deep tissue, etc.) and 2. make sure the therapist have been established for years. That is where you will find the better ones to fit your muscular needs is only by experience. Well good luck Nik.

I'm still lost when it comes to the order of putting things together, when not using upcycled books...but I think it's quite possible I just might get there, by taking the best tips from all of you.
I have had a cricut since the day it came out....and I have used it twice. I'm ever so happy to find that our ONLY craft store is taking things to sell on consignment. oh yeah, I am sorry about that. Yes, the washi tape digital kits are in my etsy store and I just print them (on my regular ink jet) on the full page sized, clear shipping/mailing label paper from Avery (link to Amazon, if you want to see what that looks like) then I just slice the strips apart with my paper trimmer. Here's a link to the video where I explain that, if you are interested: th-cam.com/video/ts11q0tUjXM/w-d-xo.html thank you, Doreen =)
