I'm glad I ordered the sizing kit! I was going to order a 7, based on my usual ring size... but a 6 fits more securely, and isn't uncomfortable. I instantly noticed the small (but significant) gap with the size 7, even with my fingers straight. It's also a bit too easy to wiggle around and spin. The size 6 hurts a little to take off, but maybe that's because of the plastic bumps on the sizer? It's not uncomfortable to wear. Perhaps I could also use a little lotion on my finger when taking the Oura ring off to charge it too. I do wish there were some in-between sizes though. Especially for a product that's quite luxurious. A 6.5 would be perfect.
Great, I was really worried about how long it would take after I got the sizing kit. Glad I don’t have to send the kit back in order to verify my size. Saves a lot of time.
My only regret is paying 15 euros for 3-week long delivery.. If you'll make your customer to pay this amount with the most expensive shipping company it should arrive WAY EARLIER than 3 weeks . They gotta improve their logistics department FOR SURE
Quite bad idea with the membership. The ring is expensive fun as it is, but on top of that such a high monthly fee, that will scare off many. I am a Gen2 user and therefore lucky. Actually, I also wanted to give my mother a Gen3 for Christmas. But the few data are in no relation to the cost. No, I will think about another Christmas gift, maybe a smartwatch would be better.
@@LittleFullLotaSap Considering the cost of the ring, I think the additional amount is simply too much. Oura would have to significantly increase the range of functions. Honestly, the whole thing is more for fun. The results are mostly contrary to my own feeling. The activity tracking doesn't work at all. The number of steps is far too high, and lying on the sofa all day is a better rating than being in the office all day.
We recommend trying the rings on different fingers. The index, middle, and ring finger usually work the best for the signal quality because blood vessels in those fingers are usually bigger, providing better PPG pulse monitoring. We typically recommend wearing the Oura Ring on your index, middle, or ring finger to see optimal results. That said, both the thumb and pinky should work just fine, as we've seen many users use those fingers effectively. To learn more about the Oura Ring and its features, please visit this article bit.ly/3oPnnxQ. It’s key your ring’s sensors always remain in contact with your skin. A more snug fit is known to create a stronger signal between the LED sensors on the inside of your Oura Ring and the arteries beneath your skin by eliminating space/gaps. Because our ring sizers are made of plastic, they may feel "stickier" on your skin and as a result, won’t slide off as easily as the actual Oura Ring-which is built with a seamless inner molding. If you’re deciding between sizes, we recommend the smaller of the two that remain comfortable to wear. For more information, please click here bit.ly/3DqFSyJ.

Oura rings might be good but I guess I will never find out since their delivery is garbage. Customer service never responds so yeah, I wouldn't really recommend wasting time with this product.
Orders for the Oura Ring can be placed on our website. Due to high demand, we have limited each order to one ring only. Prior to checkout, you'll be able to select the color and size you desire. If you don't know your size you can choose the "Free Sizing Kit" option. The sizing kit will ship first and should arrive within two weeks, depending upon where you’re located (sometimes this process will take longer to ship overseas). Once the kit arrives, you'll be instructed to confirm your ring size by visiting ouraring.com/sizing and using the same email address used to place your order.
Never by anything from Oura. They ignoring my request to return money for cancelled order more than a month. Not replying to any email. I see that way too many people faced with shipping/return problems. Seems that company is a scam.
Are you making a joke or are you just that ignorant? Apple Fitness+ (which I am assuming you are referring to) is an optional monthly fee for your Apple Watch, for guided workouts only. The Oura membership is not exactly optional because Oura withholds your data if you don’t pay it. Regardless of the ‘low’ price of the Oura membership, the practice of holding our data prisoner unless we pay a monthly fee is concerning. The Oura membership should only be for the guided meditations, it should not lock your data.
