No need to put your body through all Of this nonsense.
I know someone , in fact my neighbour, she is 101 yrs old. She doesnt stress or worry, gets plenty of good sleep, eats healthy like fruits and vegetables and juices, and makes sure she is physically active.
And she is in good shape for a 101 yr old.
You dont need any of this nonsense of organic this or that, grass fed beef, vitamins, etc

Christ ?? The egomaniac, and the master manipulator.
The spiritual energy associated with christianity is gay lesbian energy. More towards lesbian. They use that energy thats gone within you through worshipping them and then control you, and kill you off or give you cancer when they decide they dont like you anymore. Without any concern for your life at all.
You are worshipping a filthy cult.

Any person that has gone keto and fasted then stopped, has experienced the addiction first hand. I have periods where I fall off and just start eating anything. I suddenly want to eat chips, fast food, ice cream etc. It wreaks havoc on my body and yet it is so hard to stop. My appetite is turned on 24/7. However when eating and fasting right, I can be hungry and still not feel I NEED to eat. It is amazing to feel that kind of relief from constant food obsession.

Actually, overeating is commonly caused by parasites. Check my profile for cleanses. Another huge related cause is a lack of nutrients in those processed, high carb foods, leading to a vicious cycle where your body attempts to increase hunger cravings to obtain those nutrients.

I'm not hungry after I eat lunch around 2 pm. This will last me until breakfast the next morning which I sometimes don't eat until around 9 or 10 am. I was doing 16:8 but my stomach was hurting so badly. Maybe one day but not possible now. Pls don't try to make me feel bad. You have made an amazing start. You have to do what’s right for your body. Don’t forget you actually fasting when your asleep, so you must fast for at least 8hrs, probably longer so you know what thats brilliant. One of the joys of looking at what you eat is it is it fascinating, and you have found the courage to start, but you MUST listen to your body, you are the best person to look after you, after all you have a major vested interest😂 Sending best wishes to you 🇬🇧

I went through this process and giving up sugar after a lifetime was rough but now I'll never go back. The improvement in how I felt overall was so good it makes me want to keep going. I could eat more sugar now but I choose not to. Anytime I taste anything with sugar in it now it's just wayyy too sweet. I read that we can process about a 1/2 tsp. a day without ill effects on the body so I use 1/4 tsp. in my tea now and then as a treat and it's more than enough. It's so worth it to cure yourself of food and sugar addiction. It's a process, it can be painful at times but when it's done it's the best thing.

There is no step beyond the 6 hour on 18 hour off window for eating, correct? I want to heal my body, but I've heard others say you need to go several days without eating.

Addiction to sugar has mental health problems, mental health problems starts earlier than your physical health problem( heart attach, diabetic, Alzheimer's ....). Parents makes the kids addicted, kids grow up with sugar addiction and mental health problem!!!!

Like my mother is 84 and she has been eating 4-5 times a day and whatever she feel like eating ( of course not pizzas and pastas) and she doesn’t have hypertension, diabetes or any such disease. She eats sweets daily with lots of sugar in it. Her memory at this age is better than a 20 year old. Can anyone explain?
