      I will use laptop adapter (less than 5A current) as power supply, and occasionally will combine with desulfator (also I adopted from you). Thanks for your response... big success for you.

    hi sir , in output can modify the current? for example in 24v 4.5Ah battery we need 500mA current for protect the battery this option is available?

      Depend your adapter. It’s just cut off circuit with voltage cut off can setting by VR

    I design the circuit it works but when ac power is disconnected the circuit will start working through the battery instead of disconnecting it

    Nice circuit thanks for sharing but I have a question:
    Imagine I have a powerful enough PSU to supply the 15VDC ...
    In that case I would be supplying 15V directly to both the batteries, the fan and the relay. And that's bad for every single one of those components :)

      Check voltage between pin 2 and pin 6 with GND ( pin1)
