Bringing back the Windows 8.1 start screen on Windows 10 (RTM)!

Probably the first time I've done anything in assembly while understanding what I am doing. Not a lot but I was unable to make it work a couple days ago.

a way to do that is set search to show search button only

it may recuire a difrent method on 1511-1809 as they are slightly changed from 1507. 1903 and later are completely based on a difrent code from 1809 and earlier

Fun fact: if you import the Explorer and Start Page keys from Windows 8.1 in Windows 10 RTM, there's a chance that you will bring some old icons in the file explorer along with the Start Screen's transparency.

shell32 not needed caused me bsod startiup. fixed using shell32 from winre. dont try.
