- Join Pawpaw Sammy & family for a live performance with the legendary country and gospel music stars, the Oak Ridge boys quartet in the crossroads arena in Corinth Mississippi. In this particular video in our extensive playlist, they are performing one of our family favorites, leaving Louisiana in the Broad daylight. The fiddle player is exceptional & when he walks over to Joe Bonsall, the tenor that will be retiring within the next six weeks, it is nothing short of a tear jerk moment. Seeing Joe enjoy his self on stage one of the very last times with his brothers in music, as a very special moment, indeed. We are happy to share it with you. Turn on notifications. Broken hearted over the loss of Joe Bonsall. Been an ORB fan since 1975. The best gospel quartet in country music. They are a lot older than they were when they started out but they still sound just as good as they did way back then.
❤️
Joe is and will always be a legend
RIP JOE 🙏
Simply the best...still after 50 yrs of singing and loving each of these brothers!!! I love ORB so much❤❤❤!!! Grew up in 70s and 80s with them and they are still phenomenal ✨️ ❤️ 💖 💗!! Joe will be so missed and it's still so good to see him performing here! I miss seeing his energy all over the stage, but I am just thankful he is able to still be there with the others 🙏 ❤️! Sending love and light❤️✨️ to his family and friends and his 3 brothers to the end!!! RIP and we hear you again one day Joe!! Your voice was one of the absolute best music ever saw..especially on your country side!!😅 Love you guys always!!!
All I can say is so sad, thank you for all the years of joy you’ve given us. May you find eternal peace, rest up!!
He was one of the few who lived his life doing what he loved
Love the Boys! So sad that fun-loving Joe is gone! Notice the brotherly love they have for each other.
The end.So sad
My most favorite group in the whole world! The fans his family and friends will miss Joe Bonsall! Just imagine these 4 have been performing together for over 50 great years!
Thank you Joe for all the great music and for giving it your all until the very end. RIP
🙏
Joe gave his all to his fans.
God bless you Joe. You will be missed.
Very much so.
I still remember the first time I saw the Oak Ridge Boys on TV. It was probably in the late 70s. They were SO young and energetic. I especially remember Joe Bonsall. That wild hair, and he was bouncing all over that stage. It doesn't seem possible these are the same guys. It goes by so fast? 😆😢
Time flies
Provided a lifetime of quality entertainment. God bless.
They will be missed
I remember they performed this wonderful country song at Boars Nest at the end of Dukes of Hazzard episode. Joe and Daisy (Catherine Bach) hugged each other. Great memories. God bless you Joe, our prayers are for you and your family ❤❤
I never thought I would see a day that William Lee moved more than Joe. Even sitting on a stool he still trying to kick those legs during a song showing off his energetic voice and style. To me a sad way to have to retire . Great to see him still trying. May God bless Joe and the Oak Ridge Boys now and forever for what they have given their fans for 50 years. Joy and pure entertainment. I was able to watch them in concert 3 times before they sold their theater in Branson. Being one of the youngest couples in the audience I was elbowed by my wife when I cracked a joke saying I hope no ones pacemaker batteries die tonight, I don’t feel like doing CPR on vacation. I’m an ICU cardiac nurse. Wife didn’t share my humor. I love these guys and have for 50 years as a group
They were absolutely great.

Prayers for Joe
He and others are in my prayers.
And Duane too.
It really makes me appreciate seeing them when I did last year while Joe was still with them. I’m still looking forward to seeing them again but it’s still sad knowing Joe’s not gonna be there, but he deserves this retirement regardless!!
I wish him well.
So blessed to have seen them just a week or two before Joe’s announcement. Thanks for all the great music, Joe!
