I actually think there could be a live action movie for this, depending on whether the story is executed correctly, and they're careful about who would act this out, Japanese and English, along with other characters. I wouldn't mind it one bit, as long as it's accurate to the gameplay, so extra dialogue that would make sense would work out, also. (Talking to Garry under the sun and in the safe room fifty times wouldn't work out as well with the same questions and answers.) It'll be like the Phoenix Wright movie, depending on how well they stick to the story. I liked it, and it was one of the few movies that stuck to a video game's story. It was a really long game, so they only focused on the last case in the game, but Ib's short enough to be put into a average sized movie.

There are a few animations out there with a good ending for all three. I originally hated Mary, but now I kind of like her because if you think about it, being trapped in a gallery as the only fully functional and human-like painting would probably be lonely. And if you found out you could get out by replacing someone else, would you do it? I mean, I personally probably wouldn't, but at the same time, I might be driven mad by isolation. I know I'm 4 years late with this bullcrap but it's whatever, you know?

Well apparently you need to talk to Garry 6 times on both of the breaks you get but I didn't realize that. I also picked completely different dialogue choices the second time around and still got the same ending.
Because you didn't have the option to give the handkerchief when Garry was wounded in the hand. Because you don't have enough Bond points with Garry. You should follow those earlier replies for you to get high bond points :) the handkerchief will lead you to the good ending "Promise of Reunion".( u still need to go with Garry at the fake mother and painting frame part)

It's not a seaweed growth. XD A common theory, likely to be true, is that Garry's hairstyle is supposed to look like a purple rose upside down (combo of blue and red). The "seaweed" just helps that effect

It's not a seaweed growth. XD A common theory, likely to be true, is that Garry's hairstyle is supposed to look like a purple rose upside down (combo of blue and red). The "seaweed" just helps that effect

I haven't played Ib but I've watched Let's Plays and Bad Apple!! is one of my favorite songs, and yet I never realized how descriptive it was of Mary. "Will there ever be a place for the broken in the light?"
Just saying this....But....Stop shipping Ib and Garry. Garry is 16-18. Ib is 9-10. Its just doesnt make any sense shipping them.
