Holding the level change will disable the suspension for jacking and lifting the vehicle mode. Holding the radio power button for 20-30 seconds will restart the infotainment system which isn't very useful until you realize that it also resets the wifi and Bluetooth links, which is useful for getting a android auto device to connect when it just won't.

rear steering is the best and worse option to have it feels incredible driving when you have it, then you get hooked up and hate any car that is not equipped with it.

Great info just got this vehicle for my anniversary and so far I love it the only problem the navigation is just not loud enough that geniuses claim to have set it as loud as it can go but it’s hard to hear it on the freeway is there anyway we can make it louder. Thank you Crystal
Other than change the exhaust, no...I didn't want mine louder...it was a family vehicle
Not sure about the X7, but I have an 2012 750iX and on my vehicle if you turn the volume button up while the nav is making an announcement, it turns up the volume. Hope that works on your X7. Good luck.

This video was super helpful! Do you know to unlock all the doors after you get to where you’re going and put the car in park? I need the doors to unlock, with the car still on so I can get my kids out of the back. I can’t figure it out!
You can change it within the settings
Yes, in the iDrive go to car > settings > doors/vehicle access > in this screen you can even set it to lock when you walk away from the car (about 10 feet) and set to unlock when you approach the car. So woth a started car and with the fob in your pocket it will lock when you walk away so your kids are safe in a conditioned car. Btw all of these options should have been addressed by a BMW genius upon delivery. We did the performance delivery for our 22 X7 M50 and spent about an hour and 15 min with our genius. Even though we have had many BMW’s.
If the backup assist works by backing out the way you pulled in, wouldn't that pose a problem if a car parked next to you left and a larger car pulled in? Then you could run the risk of bumping into that car no?

Bought my wife a 2020 2 yrs ago and it feels like we are replacing the tires every few months and they aren’t easy to locate (always back ordered) and they aren’t cheap - esp the rears
Change the wheel and tire setup. Google it
Bmws negative camber is responsible for that. Let me guess, the inside of the tire is eaten up every time you change it? Same goes for any bmw-sadly! Talk to a proper tuning shop that knows how to adjust all of this! It will affect handling but then you don’t have to deal with new tires every 7 k miles

The remote start has to be turned on in your settings before the remote will work for it....and the radio is also in the settings...you can set it to go off when you turn the car off instead of staying g on until a door is opened
