my all time favorite feature is the 3rd row ambient lighting. really just a nice touch having all the doors and the 3rd row have that nice glow in whatever color you choose

It does. You can do a bench seat for the second row for 7 people or the captain chairs to seat 6. Captain chairs don’t fold all the way down so one more reason to go for the bench if you expect to carry more luggage.
No need to hit 'Backup Assist' before you actually backup. The car continuously memorizes the last 164ft it has driven. Also, most buttons (windows, side shades, sunroof, seat folding) do NOT need to be held: just action them once in the desired direction, then release.
Changes from a 2019 LX570 to a 2021 x7 M50i and was amazed to see everything I was missing out on. Definitely is intimidating with all the features, but slowly getting used to most of them.
FYI tow capacity is 7700 lbs, just need the tow hitch added which is $1800 =) we just bought one this weekend and we're waiting for the hitch to come in (good old covid supply issues)

Without the rear seat entertainment package on the x7, the car is lacking
FYI you don't need to hold the seat fold button in the rear. one press is all you need. Same for sunroof. Love my X7
