I'd never heard of Gareth Coker. Started playing ARK because I was bored and wanted to do something with my steam library. all of a sudden it was a "Holy shit, who IS this guy?" moment when I heard the music.

@ The trumpets towards the end made my heart smile. I love dramatic triumphant music, and I love that there's an orchestera dedicated to video game music! There is so much awesome video game music out there, and it's a joy to see an orchestera playing it :-). Did you guys do the ending from Ark: Extinction? That one always made me tear up a bit
Awesome. This music made me remember all those dinosaurs and bases that I blowed up with grenades and RPG. More than 1200 hours dedicated to farm explosives and blow stuff.

Theme from Ark- Extinction please. This one was a little weak with the drums. It feels like the in-game audio has power due to the fact that the microphone was probably right up against the drum and you could hear the “BANG”
i disagree. The game has its moments.. many, in fact. Its unforgiving difficulty, grittiness, and even the bugs give it a very unique charm. If you can accept it as it is you will enjoy it for thousands of hours and you may find that things you once perceived as flaws could have easily been done by design. It has bugs, yes it has many but current technology is not sufficient to satisfy certain expectations people get when presented with such a grand concept. That said it is an incredible attempt, and it is every bit as epic as this music.

It's not ARK though, if the tune is not mutilating your ears off.
Disable Menu Music is an real option in the game.
