Doing this at the moment and having difficulty something is not quite right, pump works ive tested it on the relay i have no.85 ground, 87 lift pump 86 injection pump fuel shut off and 30 power from battery is this correctly done? Thanks
For the plug that’s connected under the replay, which colour wires are for what? Is it Red- Power Black-ground _____-wire that goes to fuel solenoid _____-wire that goes to the pump in the backseat
So, the signal wire (12v) who comes from the pump, plug into to this two wires on rele (the two wires that turn 1 the same connector, blue and yellow I think) ? And the black wire on rele goes to the red wire on the tank fuel pump? Tanks man, nice video btw!
Does the jetta have the small check valve in the fuel sending unit like the tdi beetle? i had fuel delivery problems with mine and drilled out the check ball

Bout to do this mod before a complete PD150/vnt17 build. I think i also may have to make a video displaying the install. Almost every video is so dragged out in my opinion.

this engine is awesome , EDC15VM+ are so friendly user for playin with maps , with edcsuite , just no words to explain how its satisfacting to play with this , ebay and amazon sell cheap Galeeto1260 clone for 13 bucks , i dont know at this time if its possible to get a real live tuning module like hondata because cheap galleto need to READ ,m then Write ECU each time you want to mod it
Does the stock mk4 non lift fuel injector pump on an alh lose its ability to pull fuel from the tank but still have hi pressure for the injectors? I have a 98 bug Tdi that keeps losing prime with no obvious leaks. Thanks great content.

Any idea why my pump would of stopped working? It's only been installed 2 months but it used to come on when I turned the key on. Now I don't hear it

You can remove one of the line coming to the fuel field. When u get the ingnition on the ON position there should be fuel coming from there

it will be very hard for me to put the purple wire to where the brown wire goes on the FP Harness & the brown where the purple goes.... 10:19

All asv or arl tdi 1.9l engine have that pump

This one still has a smaller turbo. Truck should make much more power! I need this to not have a sight glass through the block haha it’s my daily
