Love it when he’s calmly stressing at Michael’s isms.
He’s just received a call expecting his kids to be sick but then Michael’s talking down the phone, Michael tells Dave everyone’s there in the office on speaker call and Dave instantly politely addresses their presence despite Michael being way over the line lol.

In the german version of the Office, davids part was played by a woman who as he, did a great job of being the most normal, easy to work with german boss one could imagine. And Stromberg(german Michael) being an absolute sexsist , makes his dressings down so much more fun

David Wallace was the most brilliant character on the show. And it's great that the writers were smart enough not to overuse him. He perfectly captured the essence of a senior executive at a faceless midsize corporation to an absolute tee, and that is way harder than it sounds. And his rich-guy midlife crisis after leaving Dunder Mifflin was pitch perfect too. The actor and writers deserve so much credit for pulling this off.

Ah it wasn't included here but my fav David Wallace scene is when Charles miner is there, with David, Dwight and Jim and they're talking about what to do with the Michael Scott paper company. Dwight says "I say we fill Michaels office with bees. My apiarist owes me a favor." And then the camera shows David and Jim, and David just sighs. It's so hilarious and subtle

I like the scene when he’s interviewing Jim and he says that the only person in his office that Jim wouldn’t like is the guy from HR. It kind of a shows that he’s comparable to Michael and his hatred for Toby despite being a more realistic boss

I feel like Jim tried to distract David Wallace so he wouldn’t continue seeing Dwight doing suspicious activity and then try and tie that back to Dwight’s job and potentially cause Dwight to get fired or at least face consequences.
