As with all your meals, it was so delicious! My son loved it. He said it's way better than the restaurant dish he's been eating. I also fixed grilled chicken and broccoli as an optional addition. I will be making this again!
I made this last night and it was absolutely SINFUL. Your recipes never disappoint, so thank you so much for this! It was super straightforward, quick, and has minimal cleanup. Definitely not something one can have very often, obviously... But the next time I get the craving, I'll know exactly what to do. In the past, I'd use a jar sauce or buy something premade whenever I wanted alfredo because I was young, cheap, and lazy. I'll never do that ever again!

This is the BEST fettuccine Alfredo EVER!! But I did not have any luck with the noodles in the instant pot. I ended up making it on the stovetop with chicken. DELICIOUS!! Thanks, Jeff!
I got my first instant pot today it is a 8 quart instant pot Duo I love it I made some Alfredo spaghetti tonight inside of it and it turned out to be really good thanks for introducing me to the world of pressure cooking I am going to watch your videos a lot more often now so I can come up with a recipe to make in my instant pot I already have one idea I want to make that is Meatloaf another idea I have to make this one is a little weird but it is pork chops and applesauce from I do believe the TV show The Brady Bunch

I have made this recipe twice with just a couple of tweaks. To me, it’s as good as that ‘Blimey, mate’ restaurant. I couldn’t use Boursin so I used onion and chive cream cheese and added shrimp. So, so good and easy. I love using the pressure cooker whenever I can and your recipe is quick to make without sacrificing any flavor.Laura
I cut a garlic clove in half and added it to the top of my pasta before putting the lid on- it’s something I’d seen and tried in another recipe and it just tastes so good plus it cooks your garlic. I used a different herbed cheese and this fettuccine is amazing and bc of Jeff’s recipe it was so easy and I loved adding my own spin on it-
