    I did a mindfulness course which really helped me, but it comes back after some time or when you're not really yourself (sadness, being sick)... I think being here and now has to be practiced by doing meditation, yoga, sophrology. 3x a week doing a cardio + strength workout works wonders too for self confidence. More self confidence is less worry for me :)

    These tips are very helpfull for coping with part of my worrying.. But i can never fix my greatest problem; fear of death..

    The problem is my anxiety is hypercondriac really and even if I get a headache I'll panic! I know currently I have a ear problem, which means I get dizzy, but I can't help but think BRAIN TUMOUR BRAIN TUMOUR! Help! Any help will be much appreciated

      Joe Jones YOU TOO?! I can SO relate to this. And, I mean literally. How many times have I had a headache and immediately jumped to "brain tumor"? Any symptom I have, I Google. And that's the worst thing I can do. Because it's always going to give me the absolute worst case scenario.
      I don't have answers for you. But know you're not alone.

    Question about morning anxiety. I wake up being anxious. I feel nauseous, and light-headed. This could last for hours into my day. What can i do to break morning anxiety. I am aware that I anticipate it to happen and there is is - manifesting itself. Thank you.

    Thanks for the video mate, last 3 months I have had bad anxiety and panic attacks I live in UK so sorry if my terms are different. I've been hospital twice thinking I'm having heart attack rang like non emergency number they have called out a ambulance to me after there checks all been clear also had chest X-ray blood tests and nothing wrong or need to worry about.
    I just can't seam to shake how I fell like just woke up and I'm doing nothing and it's like I get ache in my chest and I spouse that starts the cycle of worry docs have gave me a tablet for it witch I take now what dose Carm me down its 40mg and at the time I can get like to Carm but then I can get back to felling fear like yesterday in evening had it were we was going get a pizza and was freaking out that it was fatty food ext I also get fear ATM when I'm going do sports activity anything ATM what I spouse is to do with my heart worried me and I have times when it kicks in i can get my head round it but sometimes it's hard to control and get in the now. Any more tips to help with this please I need it its making my life hell ATM

      I feel your pain it really does feel like hell and I never think I'm going to get out of the panic while it's happening. After about 5 years I noticed that I would think to much into it I would tell my self I'm having heart attacks diabetes I might have cancer etc but I realized finally that I was thinking ahead to much and not being in the moment people with anxiety often seem to be able to read people's emotions like a 6th sense. use it as a blessing not a curse. I recommend vitamin d and b water of course and walk at least 20 - 30 mins a day outside. After about 10 mins walking is very good for your heart lungs liver and sweating detoxifys your body. I Thought about suicide for years until I got help I owe my life to those people and my goal in life is to love help others and make people smile giving or helping others feels great and that's all I want and I try too see the best in people we are all extraordinary and we are not meant to fear but to be fearless like a lion or a bird or an ant nature doesn't fear it just keeps on moving. Fear is like drowning when your panicked you exhaust yourself and drag yourself lower to the depths but when you relax and go with the flow you float you become part of the body of water. Love yourself and others and try to relax

    Diggler056 did you have everyday anxiety sensations? Mine change a lot through the day. Sometimes it's mild

      +Ray Merrill I also get those feelings like nothing around me including myself feels, and looks real, basically you feel like you're living in a dream world, and sometimes my dream feels real it scares me. If I see to much things all at once my eyes can't handle it, and I get tunnel vision, dizzy

      This happened to me also specially in the morning to start my day or when I was overthinking... best thing I learned to do now is eat a healthy meal even if it’s small you need to keep up with nutrition after time it got better for me once you start to relieve stress hope this helps
