    See people complaining in chat that "the before and after are the same". Both of these methods work. The demo image doesn't have a lot of colour grain, so test it for yourself.

      @@brokejaw Because the original picture doesn't have much grain.
      Try a picture you took with very high ISO at night and if it has a lot of color grain. For me, it worked well, made it softer, but i lose saturation lol

    Thanks, actually the first option worked very well, it still has grain, but i wanted it softened and color removed and I think I can use the same in After Effects if it has it.
    But, my CS6 doesn't have Camera Raw Filter in the menue, but rather through File--Open---select Camera Raw Filter, so that doesnt help, in case we brightened up the image, because it brings up the original dark one where you cant see the noise lol
    Fucking stupid to first brighten, then save, then open as Raw. The option should be where it's in your video
